The waitress Colleena was totally awesome. ..fast and friendly. Other than the busser, she was the only server. First of all the salad was nothing but iceburg lettuce, which someah of it was turning brown, and there were 2 sliced tomatoes and that was it. But when our hot beef sandwich & mashed potatoes. As soon as our food was put in front of it L@@ked disgusting! The sandwich&mashed potatoes were totally covered in dark brown lumpy gravy. It seriously looked like someone s*it diharrea. The meat tasted icky too. We ate a little bit of food then asked for a doggy bag cuz we seriously gave it to our dogs. Good food and good prices. Went there for breakfast once and even though they were busy they still get your order and food pretty fast. Only down side is their coffee is really watery and gross; I couldn't finish a small mug of it. I will probably go there again if it's convenient, but definitely not getting coffee again. read more

I am very sorry to say but today was horrible experience at Beez Cafe. I had bragged to our guests about how good their food is especially their breakfast. We arrive and were seated. Once seated received a text from our daughter saying they wanted to join us. I ask if we could be seated at a large booth which they accommodate. We waited for servers minutes, saw others get seated and served, finally I went to the front desk to tell them we had not even seen our waitress. When she did come she said it was because we were waiting for two more people. She took our order, we asked for crispy hash browns and over easy eggs. When food served, my over easy eggs were med- well, hash browns burnt and my country fried steak was well over cooked. My wife's Omelet was dry and average at best. Our friends food was ok, but burnt hash browns too. Only thing good was the scones. I complained at front desk, not a word spoken just a to bad and oh well look. I am really sorry but we will not recommend or that a guest there again. Very poor and sad experience. JGD read more

We love Beez Cafe, whether it's for breakfast, brunch, or brinner! (No matter what time of day we pretty much eat breakfast there.) The food is tasty and affordable and the service is great! Always check the board for the daily special, too. It's also clean with a cute decor. read more

I love the Breakfasts - so do my kids. I love the omlele; my kids - of course - go for the pancake with strawberries and icecream; my husband gets the skillet. The biscuits and gravy are excellent - you can tell the biscuits are hand made and the gravy has good flavor. The parking lot is always packed as is the cafe, but I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. The lower rating is because Ihave not tried any thing other than Breakfast. More like 4 1/2. I don't get why this place is only rated 3 stars. We eat here on a fairly regular basis and have not had a bad meal. Most of the time we get breakfast, and a lot of the time it's to go, but that's not a reflection on the restaurant. Would rate 5 stars if they sold beer. read more

I don't agree at all with the negative reviews. This is just diner food. So don't expect it to be a five star restaurant. But when you compare it to diner food, it's so good! A million times better than Denny's or IHOP. The staff is super friendly and the prices are amazing. $1 kids meals in the evenings. I am from Salt Lake and ended up here after a funeral, but I will probably make the drive back. I loved it. read more

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast! I do, however, usually get the same thing every time. My wife and I share the Beez Country Platter w/ bacon. It is more than enough for both of us. A group of us stopped there to eat breakfast a couple Sundays ago. The service was good, the food was not up to par. I ordered the omlete, it was pretty good, just the hashbrowns were cold. Everyone at our table had cold hashbrowns. When I went to pay the ticket the cashier asked how we enjoyed the meals. I told her that everyone had something cold on their plate. The cashier gave us a gift certificate to come back and try it again. Though the prices are cheaper then Jeremiah's, we always have a good experience there. read more

The waitress we had never came to our table to ask if we needed anything like more drinks or ketchup (which we needed) and the water literally tasted like secondary water, like they used water from a hose. My food was cold when it got to me and didn't have a lot of typical "cafe" food selection in my opinion. I'll never eat here again. I'll never recommend it. read more

I'm told breakfast there is great but we went for dinner. Had the patty melt. To my dismay the burger tasted like a patty that you buy from a big box store out of a plastic bag with the label stating ingredients: beef, beef hearts and fillers. My wife just wanted pancake so she ordered just hot cakes. The cost was five dollars for three cakes. At that price we pictured three dinner plate sized cakes and were very sad to see three cakes about 4" in diameter. We had to stop at a drive in to get her dinner on the way home. Just had breakfast here. The service was horrible. my wife and i went with eight others and their food arrived in a timely manner as did half of my meal. I waited for the rest of my breakfast and it never came. So finally I asked the waitress for the rest of my food and was told the cook had not made it yet. When it finally arrived everyone else was done eating and I didn't want them to just sit there waiting for me to eat my meal as they all had places to go. I mentioned the cashier this as I was paying for the meal and was told that she was one of the best waitress that worked there and it was the cooks fault. I stated that I did not believe it was the cook that was the problem but the waitress. The cashier in a unpleasant manner replied how would I know? I stated I watched several others who ordered after I did receive there meals. So now the cashier and the waitress both blamed the cook. I believe they both lied! As I have heard several other people complain about the service in the past I do no and can not recommend this place especially after they lied twice to coverup ineptness. Don't go! read more

We've been twice. The first time was for dinner and while the food was sub par the waitress was amazing, she was super friendly to our kids and even remembered their names. Keeping this in mind, the next time we wanted just a kid friendly place we went back. Big mistake. The waitress was rude to my kids, completely ignoring my daughters questions about the menu. They never offered her a coloring page, and basically gave us the least amount of service possible. She didn't refill my water not once, and didn't check on us at all. She seemed to be in a hurry despite the place having very few customers. The food was cold and came at different times. There were many flying insects visible while we ate, it was disconcerting. Absolutely horrible! I've NEVER eaten anywhere this awful. Soup had NO flavor, salad was just shredded iceberg lettuce with a thin, soft tomato slice. All the food was frozen and had NO flavor whatsoever. Such a shame we had to spend what could have been a nice meal at a place like this. I have no idea why they are still open. This place is okay. It's not terrible, but it's not stellar either. It's quick, easy American food for a decent price. I did not like their coffee at all. Very hard to screw up coffee, but their's taste disgusting. The scones (which aren't "true" English scones) are good, but can seriously increase your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiac arrest with the butter and sugar in those fried donuts. If you want an amazing breakfast, Jeremiah's off of 12th street in Ogden is phenomenal. Only go here when I don't feel like cooking and driving, which is rare. I will pay extra money for gas to get decent food. This is not a place I would frequent often or recommend. Side note- the staff are super sweet and nice. I haven't had a bad encounter with waiters/waitresses. The food like I said is okay, but nothing to rave home about. read more

Tried to eat here on a Saturday morning. People waiting in the staging area, so we waited by the desk. And were completely ignored for 10 minutes. Another couple walked in the door, and were greeted immediately, so obviously we were invisible. So we left. We'll never be back. read more
