I believe a good burger consists of 3 things: a good patty, soft tasty bread that does not fall apart, and well done toppings. Patty: Well cooked, well spiced, no gristle, in proportion with the burger (right size), and tastes great. Bun: Soft but doesn't fall apart with this messy burger. Toppings: Toppings were plentiful and good quality. For this burger, the egg and BBQ were good outside of the burger, much less on it. Fried jalapeños are nice and crispy. I really like the burgers here. My favorite burger in the area remains Crescent Moon's burgers, but that restaurant is a 50 min drive from Red Oak. Bulk Snort is a very worthy place to stop.

They had buns available if you wanted to eat the pork or chicken as a sandwich and several different BBQ sauces to add on if you chose. They also had butter and honey packets for the bread.
