We grabbed a spot on the upper deck, enjoyed the amazing weather, and had a great view of the bags tournament going on below. The place is huge and really cool inside. Everything felt fresh and clean, and that crazy steampunk bicycle near the entrance is worth checking out by itself. We tried the Electronic Fog, Sun Days, and Dreamy Eyes, and honestly enjoyed all three. The guy behind the bar was fast, funny, and actually knew his beer without making you feel like you were taking a damn class. There was a food truck there, so we grabbed some nachos and tacos. They were good and hit the spot. Prices for both the beer and food seemed pretty normal for a brewery. My only real complaint was the food truck generator. Holy crap was that thing loud. Even sitting up on the deck it was annoying. I can't imagine playing bags right next to it and having to yell at your friends just to talk. If food trucks are a regular thing here, it seems like giving them a way to plug into power would make the outdoor space a whole lot better. Bathroom could use a little attention too, but nothing terrible. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Good beer, cool atmosphere, good service, and a great spot to hang out for a while. I'd definitely stop back.

A man and his friend we're sitting at a table and they had two black terrier dogs with them. My daughter was skipping by the table (to get to our table) where they were sitting and the two dogs lunge at her from under the table and bites her on the leg. I bring her outside while my husband gives the dog owner a few words. One of the workers came out to check on us, brought ice and tissues and proceeded to tell us that we "needed to keep a tight leash on our children". Um what? The worker made it known to me that they "were regulars" and know them. I don't see how that makes it okay for two dogs to attack someone relevant. I go inside to confront the man and ask for his number just in case my daughter has severe injuries from the bite, he was extremely rude and didnt have a care in the world about what happened or if my daughter was okay. Hi Wire, is this a place for pets to sit inside with their owners or a place for people to eat, drink and play games? Sure felt very un family friendly.

One of my all time favorite breweries in North Carolina. In no particular order, its this one here…read morein Wilmington, Hopfly in Charlotte, and Wicked Weed in Asheville. All 3 have many things in common... This brewery consistently produces some amazing beer. IPAs and hazy IPAs are top notch here. They are very rare and hard to find back home (Greensboro), so I had to stock up. The space is exceptional. Huge beer hall with a large bar top area, tables, couches and comfy chairs. Add in some tv's throughout with sports on, and some foosball and shuffle board, and you have a super fun spot to hang out. The outdoor patio is super comfy as well, and surrounded by beautiful large trees. This is a place I need to stop in every time we're in the Wilmington area. For the great beer, the great space, and to take home half the store lol.

Two attentive guys behind the bar juggled orders and tidied tables without breaking stride It set a tone that the place is not only laid-back but also well-tended. We had the Blair's Breakfast Stout (coffee, lactose, and cacao nibs) super delicious! And then also the Jalapeno Saison. Definitely for the pepper fans. Both brews really hit hte mark. WBC welcomes outside food. So an easy stroll over to P.T.s Grill a block away, and back to WBC allows for you to relax and enjoy even longer. Relaxing Flavorful Downright enjoyable Yep, we'll be back.

To the left of that is the smaller interior bar (no AC?) where they hold their game nights; and then to the right of the courts (in which you need to turn right at the light to get to) is the larger warehouse restaurant. This is where we eventually ended up at. Since there was a tournament going on, and the US World Cup match was die to begin at 8p, a ton of tables were what reserved. And no doubt why, their main screen is a big a a house!!. My girlfriend enjoyed their Strawberry Limeade slushie, which she enjoyed immensely. My mother had the Mexican Lager Athletic (meh, she said), and I tried two flights (5 choices) - having to try all 6 of their IPAs (the hot honey one was by far my favorite), 2 of their fruity beers and then 2 of their darker choices. To be honest, the IPAs, save the hot honey, all tasted similar. The fruity ones edged on sour but were not overly puckering. And the porters ended the meal nicely. Food wise, the grilled chicken pita was massive! Could have filled two smaller pitas with the same amount of chicken. The grilled salmon was made well, and with a yummy side of hushpuppies. I had the Ahi-Tuna Wrap, with no cucumbers - basically it was a sushi roll, but in a wrap. The cucumber-Wasabi dressing though was PHENOMENAL!!!!! I had to order an additional cup of it bc it was THAT GOOD. (come to find out it comes pre-made by Lan's, which is on Amazon - now I can enjoy it at home!). Service was good. And the warehouse ceiling is sound proofed, so noise doesn't bounce everywhere. Great experience. Would definitely some back again!!
