It is made up of cilantro-lime rice, black beans, corn, peppers, onions, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle sauce. You can add a meat. My mom gets it without cheese or the chipotle sauce. She always ends up taking half of it home. Staff is always friendly and food is good.
