Not one person came to even say "hello, we'll be right with you"... nothing. The staff member that I mentioned earlier setting up heaters; he looked our tables direction (since we took it upon ourselves to sit), and did nothing. Not a menu on the table, not a straw, nothing. I was highly disappointed and won't be returning. It's unfortunate that such a highly respected place doesn't have that same equal service for all customers.
