The technician who came last spring to turn on my irrigation system discovered several broken valves and had to shut the system off on the same visit-- so there was effectively no "turn‑on" service performed. Seven months later, I received an unexpected invoice for that visit. When I contacted their office, I was told the charge would stand, though they would waive a $25 late fee. I never received the original bill, and given that the "turn‑on" didn't actually happen, I don't believe this charge was fair. After 20 years of loyalty, being treated this way says a lot about how this company values its customers. I can no longer recommend Carney Irrigation and suggest looking elsewhere for an irrigation company that demonstrates fairness, accountability, and respect for long‑term clients.
