After not having such a great experience with the plumbing company that installed the piping about their price gouging, I had to look for a new plumber to do the repair. I came acorss Atomic. Called at 7:15 am and was given a time for later in the same day. Lady who took the call was great. She called back about ten minutes later and said that a technician was available immediately and would it be ok to send. Naturally I said yes. I answered the door to one of the most friendly repair persons I have ever met, Trey. Firm handshake, big smile and very respectful of carpeting by putting on shoe caps. He quickly assessed the issue, told me the solution and did the repair effeciently and quickly. He also explained every step that he was taking so that I knew exactly what was going on. Turns out the previous pipe installer took a short cut by not sealing the connecting rings and gaskets on either end of the installed pipe which eventually came apart. In my opinion, Trey is the ultimate in skills, customer service, professionalism and friendliness. Atomic and Trey will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.
