He was unreliable, never showed up at the time he said, and his whole crew was two inexperienced ladies. After giving him a significant deposit, he failed to buy supplies or paint, didn't return, and left others to finish up his work. After running off with half the money, he had his mother to call me about the rest of the money!!! If you are considering hiring Mike Warnick or Quality Touch for any job, big or small, don't do it. You'll regret it. I sure do. Had it not been for his helpers, we would have been left high and dry. Enter into a contract with him at your own risk!!!! Worst experience ever with a contractor! Stuck with old faithful Yelp and looked up backflow services. Up pops up this company. Yelp hasn't let me down yet so... yeah.. let's try it out. I called and left a message. About a day later I received a call back and it was this company. He was able to schedule an appointment in 2 days at a very reasonable price. What's great about his service is that it's fully turn-key. I handed him the letter from Chesapeake and from there he does everything. He fills it out, submits it to the city and I'm all good to go. After it was all done, he sent me a scan of what he filled out for my records. Technically, I didn't have to even be home for the whole thing. Bravo Beasley! Now that's what I call service!! The cleaners ruined the houses stove, sprayed abrasive chemicals on the plastic unit. The stove looks like it's melting. they took off the light covers and didn't replace them. They failed to wipe the cleaner off the stove and caused the damage. Now we have to seek legal action for the damages done. If you want a service that just ruins your whole house, charges crazy prices and is super rude. This is definitely the place for you.

The technician was on time, great personality, professional and cleaned up after the job. Each routine maintenance service call prevented a bigger problem from developing. I am grateful that they are so skilled at repair and maintenance . I have grown to trust their expertise. I have great confidence in their work and in the company in general. So recently I had a really bad blocked drain in the kitchen. I did what I could to unclog it but I was unsuccessful. I realized that Chris Mechanical also has plumbing services available. I called on a Sunday and the plumber was able to fit me into the schedule a day later. Since it was just the kitchen and not the entire plumbing line it was ok to wait. If you need emergency services the plumber would probably be able to get there ASAP. Anyway, if you are looking for a great team of people that are honest, fair, have a great work ethic and are trustworthy then give Chris Mechanical a call !!! Thanks so much.
