They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

This company was responsive, coming out within an hour of my contacting them to look at my yard and provide me a quote. Not only did he come out the very next day to do it when he had a cancellation, but he did it for $3,000 less than the other company had quoted me. Stamped concrete area in our photos is 17x20 feet with an 11.5x7 foot grill area off shoot. His crew was extremely efficient, job start to finish was two days. They even made sure no concrete was on my fence from the pour and that the dirt filled in around the edges of the pad. I am extremely happy with this company and the beautiful stamped pad they put in and will be contacting them for any concrete we need in the future.

Prices are extremely reasonable. The service is great due to the project coordinator, Bill…read moreJohnson, who seems to work all the time and one of the most customer-oriented contractor personnel I've ever dealt with. Although he is extraordinarily busy, he will solve any problem and work very late to do so. Installing siding requires a lot of hammering. Be sure to take down your pictures on the walls or the hammering will do it for you. We were fully prepared for that; however, we were not prepared to for three ceramic tiles being knocked off the wall by the hammering. But Bill not only promised to remediate that, he bought replacement tiles and installed them himself AFTER a normal workday around 8:00 PM. The work was accomplished professionally and looks great. In addition to the siding, we also had United Exteriors install about 400 feet of wood fence. One night, after left over lumber remained, Bill came to the house to pick it up himself as it was well after he came by the house to remove and return the wood allowing me to keep what I needed to add to the project myself. He loaded the rest (well over 1000 lbs) into his truck by himself, refusing my offer to help, and drove it off. Once again, the price was extremely reasonable and I felt certain that I did not pay for any extra materials. In every successful organization there is an "engine" that drives it, ensuring that the project proceeds properly and the customer is satisfied. I believe that "engine" at United Exteriors is Bill Johnson. He certainly demonstrated it in the two large projects at my house.
