The quality of the work was outstanding, and it was clear that they take great pride in their craftsmanship. From start to finish, they were honest and transparent about the process, costs, and timeline. Their work ethic is commendable, they showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the site clean at the end of the day. If you're looking for a roofing contractor who does great work and operates with integrity, I highly recommend Nelson and his company.

They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

We heard someone power washing the concrete wall behind our condo. I investigated. When the…read moregentleman paused from washing, I approached him and commented how nice his work looked and if he could spray our portion of the wall too. He said that my neighbor had hired him to clean his portion. I asked if he be willing to spray our back yard section. He said he'd be happy to power wash our portion, and wouldn't charge us anything, since he had all his equipment set up already. Let me state clearly - that it was the kindest most generous action we've experienced in a long time. We highly recommend D1 Pressure Washing, LLC and the results of the clean wall will shine as spring should arrive shortly.

Based on Yelp reviews I called Nowak for an estimate on Gutter & Downspout Cleaning, I got Voice…read moreMail & left a message. A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. Do not hesitate in hiring Matt. He's extremely pleasant, does fabulous work and will keep you on a recurring calendar. Thanks Matt! Now can you do anything about the squirrels? :)

Highly recommend Randy Overacre Painting (and now Garage Floors too!)…read more We've used Randy Overacre Painting twice over the past 20 years for interior painting here in Sandbridge, and both times the results were flawless. Recently, we decided to tackle our garage, which was a major eyesore thanks to a small but persistent oil leak (the joys of a 21-year-old car and wanting antique plates). Honestly, I didn't think much could be done. Boy, was I wrong! Randy's team came out, ground down the floor (it looked amazing just like that!), and then applied a polyaspartic flake finish. The transformation is incredible! It looks so good now, we almost don't want to park our cars in there. All in ONE Day ......Seriously, it's a complete 180. If you're looking to transform a space - whether it's painting or a garage floor makeover - I can't recommend Randy enough. He's local, trustworthy, knows his stuff, and is just a great guy to work with. Give him a call - you won't regret it!
