I know, should have been my first clue! He came by and cut down my tree and literally left it where it fell. A storm had come thru and his clean up crew left with the impression that they would be back to finish the job. After several attempts at contacting him/ no show/no calls , he finally sent a crew over. Within 15 minutes of them staring at each other as to who was going to clean up their mess, they decided they had finished the job. I asked them to please get their boss on the phone so he could explain what the plan was, they got in their truck and left! I made several more attempts to call and speak with Kevin so he could fix what his employees had not completed and after several phone calls and appointments with no shows I feel as though I am only left with the option to WARN OTHERS!! Don't waste your time. Inquired about a couple trees getting trimmed (60ft) and getting the others…read moretrimmed back from the house. Initially inquired and got told they would get back to me with a quote, that never happened. Reached out a week later, saying that I understand, maybe the email was typed in wrong etc., and requested the initial quote. Only to be responded with the original question of what I want done. It was the past Saturday of this weekend and it is now Tuesday night with no response. Don't waste your time, if they don't want to do it, you'll get straight ghosted.
