After a previous experience with another tree service where a tree branch nearly fell on my house, I was pretty nervous about having more work done. The crew did a phenomenal job, and Jose, the foreman, was great as well. Everyone was professional, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend Marshall Tree Services to anyone who needs tree work done. Great company and great people!

He was completely professional, dependable, and accountable. 2. He showed up to quote the job the same day I called and emailed the quote the same day. 3. The price was a very fair market rate, and maybe even even a little lower. 4. This is the biggie - he scheduled the work within the same week. He arrived on time both days and had all the equipment and help ready to work. They measured the drop zone and before I knew it, they had (3) 25' pine trees down. 5. Before they left, everything was cleaned up including my neighbor's yard and they even blew the saw dust off the road. Everything was left clean, clean, clean. *** Almost forgot to add this crucial point - he's insured and the certificate is valid. :) You might be thinking they must not have been busy - but that is not the case. They are efficient and experienced. I am a very tough customer with high expectations, so when I make a recommendation it's because I really believe I found something good. I recommend this company and will use them again. You are in good hands - hire them. :)

They sent me a link to their scheduler on Calendly to set up a delivery. It was very easy to use to select a day and time that worked well for me. The instructions are step by step, covering everything: pricing, quantity wanted, indoor or outdoor wood, if you want it dumped or stacked upon delivery, what kind of wood to expect and any special instrucitons. It was very thorough and again, very easy to work with. I ordered 1 row of 8'x4' mixed hardwoods for indoor burning. Upon placing the order the instructions on the website said to text Michael a picture of where at the delivery site I wanted it dumped. He was prompt to reply and easy to work with. On delivery day, they texted me a picture of the delivered wood dump, at the end of my driveway, just as ordered. I received an invoice in my email. It was a professional looking invoice, as one would hope to see from a business. I got home after work, and stacked my wood to pleasantly discover it was a very generous 8'x4' row. Thank you guys! I went online and paid the invoice. Again, it was a very straight forward process. The price is excellent for the service and product provided. I keep bringing up their professionalism because the last two wood delivery guys I used were as far from this operation quality as it gets.
