Long story short, we called Marshall's for an estimate. Just to be fair, we also called 2 other companies for estimates. One company the representative came to our property and TOLD us what needed to be done and didn't even ask what we wanted done. The third company rep asked questions as to what we wanted and gave us a detailed estimate as well. I know, should have been my first clue! He came by and cut down my tree and literally left it where it fell. A storm had come thru and his clean up crew left with the impression that they would be back to finish the job. Within 15 minutes of them staring at each other as to who was going to clean up their mess, they decided they had finished the job. I asked them to please get their boss on the phone so he could explain what the plan was, they got in their truck and left!
