I thought they did a great job. The equipment that they installed was top quality and the plumbers who did the work were courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time.
