Our gas was shut off by the city following a leak. Plumber Near Me had some of the earliest…read moreavailability to address the leak, and sent out Tyler to diagnose and repair the problem. Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness during and even after his job; answering post-repair questions I had and providing me with information I needed to give the city. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. Overall, I am pleased with the interactions I had with Tyler and the work he completed!

The 9 Yards owner and team were very polite, friendly, and professional from the beginning to end of this project. They replaced my whole main drain line and went above and beyond to keep the area clean. I highly recommend them.

He explained to me how my service was guaranteed for a year and that they'd gladly come by to replace my toilet for the new one of purchased at no cost. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the day and finished the job quickly. Now I have a new functioning toilet so thank you! Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.

do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company! not only does the never answer the phone but…read morethey tried to rack up charges on you that are unnecessary and will ignore your questions and calls intentionally so that they can continue to add late fees to your bill. Apart from that, they have absolutely no idea what they're doing and the owner , justin , has absolutely no idea how to run his company. They will have to come back five times to fix the same issue because they don't take enough time or care to fix it right the first time and they overcharge you crazy amounts!! WORST RAN COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN. All they care about is how much they can get out of you.. sad.

I Just a bad overall experience: asked for a quote and good hustled into a ridiculously expensive service call that solved nothing: the guy doesn't listen just wants to make a quick buck. Almost 400 bucks for 15 minutes of work, watched them sit in there truck and look at their phones for 20 minutes, the they came back in and hit me with the bill. Laughable service level. Showed no interest in anything other than doing the minimum (less than) for the maximum price. Look elsewhere!!

I made the mistake of calling Plumb Line back to install a vanity on my second floor the following…read moremonth of writing my original review. THEY FLOODED MY HOUSE. I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are you willing to risk having to live in nearly a dozen different hotels, motels, and apartments within 6 six month timeframe? Oh, and imagine doing all of this during the height of COVID-19. Stay. Away. From. This. Business.
