They worked on my car on Saturday until their closing time. The problem was not something normal. Jeremy, the tech working on my car, took the time on Sunday (his day off!) to do research about what could be wrong! By noon on monday I had a call that my car was fixed! Lithia looked at my truck, quoted me $3,000 then refused to communicate with me and basically ignored me while essentially holding my truck hostage for three weeks. I finally got fed up with them and called 360 Automotive to explain my situation. Mind you, I live in Spokane so I'm trying to figure out this remotely. I spoke with Robert around noon and he said he would have my truck towed from Lithia to his shop and take a look at it to let me know what needed to be done. I was expecting to hear from him in a couple of days but I got a call before EOD letting me know my truck was at their shop and they had already looked at it and had a diagnosis for me! Robert followed that up with a text link to pictures and video they had taken as well as an extremely thorough assessment. I was blown away. They also gave me two options of what they could fix and prices for both, and BOTH were less expensive than Lithia. My father was paying for the repairs so they reached out to him as well for authorization. Living in Spokane and not knowing anyone here to drive me back to Kennewick to pick up my truck I had to leave it there for about a month (sorry Robert!). Throughout this process they were nothing but extremely patient, professional, communicated clearly, were very honest and trustworthy as well as kind to me. Not to mention my truck is running like a dream! Even though I live a couple of hours away I'm pretty sure this will be my mechanic shop forever. Wes was attentive, caring, honest and saved me time and money whenever he could, in whatever way he could, no matter how busy he was. I was visiting out of town from Bend Oregon when the AC in my car completely busted. It was a huge repair (compressor) and everyone I called was booked solid. I literally called and texted about 10 people to find out how I could get this situation handled so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hours in the blaring summer sun with no AC in my car. And no one could get me in. Except Wes Ducat at Steve Tire & Auto Repair. Wes moved his entire schedule around in order to get my car in and out on time, so I could get home safely without having to spend an arm and a leg on the repair.
