Got my car window fixed expertly on a sun! Thank you for fixing what the last person had messed up on and taking extra time with us to make sure it was all right. It looks so much better!! read more

Save yourself the trouble and get your work done from someone who has a physical shop and will stand behind their work. This guy is a ripoff. Below is his idea of "Great customer service" 1. Do a half ass job of glass installation. Spoil customer's car 2. Take the money and promise to fix it next day. 3. Next day, ignore any calls from customer. Now you have gotten your money. Who cares about the customer ? My only mistake was that I noticed the issue with his installation only after I made the payment. Lesson learnt. read more

Excellent I called they had it, went in and they took care of it in an hour! Reasonable and professional! I almost didn't go in because the shop is a mess I am glad I chose to ignore it! read more

Great service! On this extremely sweaty hot day, the hard working technician arrives with his helper, ready to get the job done. It felt much less than one hour to complete the windshield repair. This is a Pro company. Kudos to the highly experienced technicians who do this type of work for a living. Piece by piece and wow, we were amazed with the new windshield replacement today. The conversational technician Dan made it a great experience for us. Thank you very much! read more

AVOID THESE GUYS! I had my windshield replaced recently, but the moulding fell off right after I removed the tape. Since they have a lifetime warranty on defects and improper installation, I called them up and set up an appointment. They did not show, did not call, and did not answer their phone. After persistent calling, I finally got a second appointment set up. They AGAIN did not show, did not call, and did not answer their phone. After calling several times again, I finally got a third appointment. Guess what? They did not show, did not call, and did not answer the phone. At this point I am through with Auto Glass Pro's. The warranty is worthless because they won't show up when they do a shoddy job. Now I drive around with tape stuck to my windshield because it will take another $150 just to get the moulding replaced by another shop. Try Auto Glass Pro's at your own risk. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

8/30/17 Milpitas is going through a slew of car break-ins. Hoodlums started to realized Engineers leave their laptops in their cars when they go on lunch/dinner breaks. 8/31/17 Called 8:00am, Dan told me they would have someone within the hour come to my location and he gave me an up front quote. Approximately $200+ for a 2016 CX-5 passenger window for those trying to gauge pricing. Someone came within the hour named Carlos Daniel, who was very friendly and courteous. He vacuumed the shards leftover from an unfortunate break-in and a good presence, you can tell they know what they are doing. I was able to work on some things inside the house while he was fixing the car. Took no more than an hour. All things said and done, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. Wholeheartedly would endorse this company to anyone seeking a fast turn around following an unfortunate car break-in. read more

This Yelp is for Dan, seriously one of the coolest cats I've met not too mention his outstanding work! Had to replace a rear car door window due to a break in. I had a freeway mishap early morning on my driver's side window. Called a few places and went with the Auto Glass Pro's!! They had my window in stock, gave a great price, and were very expedient on getting to my home. Dan arrived within the time frame given and went to work on my car immediately. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Didn't take very long at all for him to replace the glass. I would most definitely recommend Dan and the Auto Glass Pro's!! read more

My BMW got broke in last Saturday. I called this business since there's not much other opened on Sunday. They said they can send someone to my work place to fix it on Monday, that's great. I just got my rear door window replaced, the guy is very professional and good at his job. He cleaned the glass chip very careful and make sure the glass fits well. I don't want to call glass replacement again, but if I have to I'd go back again. read more

My car was broken into at 11pm I called the auto glass pros but they didn't answer. I chalked it up to a loss and waiting until the morning. I had a missed call in the morning from the auto glass pros even though I never left a message the night before. They found my window for replacement and within hours it was fixed. Everywhere else I tried was at least a days wait for the job to be completed. Auto glass pros was the cheapest of everyone I went to. they made the process quick and lighthearted. read more

The Auto Glass Pro's - Auto Glass Services Near Me

See all

A thief broke into my my better half's car on Saturday night, smashing the rear passenger window. She called around on Sunday, but it turns out that glass for recent models can be hard to come by. The Auto Glass Pros were able to find a replacement where no one else could; Carlos swung by after hours to install it for us. He was friendly throughout, and happy to explain each step as he worked. I hope we don't need their services again any time soon, but I won't hesitate to call them if we do. read more

Dude i am out of words... I am so thankful for Daniel and auto glass pro guys!!! 110% trustworthy

Called and Daniel came out later the same day, explained things to me clearly, did a great job. Previous owner had already filled one crack, but Daniel did what he could and helped with that crack, and fully fixed another crack (which had not previously been filled in). Great job. read more

When I got a chip in my windshield late last night (thanks, 880 South of Oakland -- thaaaaanks), I figured it would be best to get it repaired before the rains this weekend. I've had chips repaired before -- some of them pretty good, some not so great. There's another repairer that I've used recently in the South Bay, and I like their work. But, when I called them this morning, they weren't available today. After looking on Yelp, I saw that Auto Glass Pros were pretty near my work and had good reviews, so I called them up. They said they could come out and fix it at my work today. Carlos came out (it was his day off, but they asked him to fill in!) and did a great job. The chip was actually pretty nasty, but he was able to fill it in nicely. The price was good, they were able to come out to my work same-day, job looks to be done well -- what else could I ask for? read more

Fast reliable service very trust worthy and I definitely recommend Daniel he knows what he's doing!! Thanks Daniel!

Best quality service the Bay Area has to offer. Done in a timely manner, best price quoted from competition and educated on warrenty.

There was a delay for the appointment. But Daniel did a great job. Satisfied with the customer service. Fast and efficient. Thank you Daniel! read more

I called the auto glass pros for replacing my 2014 mitsubishi mirage's windshield and they scheduled an appointment within a day. The technician (Dan Ubina) also works on weekends so its very convenient. The technician came around an hour late than scheduled but I was informed about it. The job took around 45 mins to do and Dan was very thorough and professional in his work. I am very happy and would highly recommend Dan and Auto Glass pros for any windshield installation job read more

Great fast professional mobile service! Came out to my house and had the new windshield put on in half an hour.

Our window broken into. We called this company for a quote and they gave us a good price. The technician, Carlos, came to our house on the same day to replace the window. He vacuumed the mess as well. Carlos was nice, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended! 5 stars! read more

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp because I believe if a business is over all rated well already, my additional/ similar review doesn't do much. But I want to mention a quick note about Auto Glass Pro's windshield glass quality. Like everyone else said, the crew had nice service and attitude. After my Honda Civic's windshield glass was replaced, I planned on giving them a great review. But after driving for just one day, I realized the glass's quality was defected: when I look out the glass, the road and street signs look slightly twisted/ twirled. My friend who hopped on board pointed out without me asking. After driving for about a week, my eyes began to hurt and my head felt dizzy. I usually don't bother businesses, but I was concerned with my safety on the road and with its product quality. So I contacted Dan about the situation and asked for a follow-up service. Dan asked when I would be available to come in, I replied, and there was no more response. I understand that the crew is nice and professional (I wouldn't say quick--later I went to another place which only took 15 minutes vs this took an hour). However, I would appreciate if Dan could have followed up with my request. For those looking for the cheapest price in the Bay like I did, if you are capable of paying $50 more, don't be overly frugal on your $10-40k asset. read more

I'm very happy with my experience with this business. After calling lots of places for estimates, I decided to go with the cheapest quote which was from The Auto Glass Pro's. Not only did they replace my windshield that same day, they came to my work to do it. Danny was quick, professional and made the whole experience hassle free. Would recommend them to anyone needing replacement glass for their car. read more

Called early morning to set an appointment for a 5:30pm service. 6pm comes around, no-call from them stating they're running late, so I called. They said the person is running later than expected from previous job, should be there shortly. Another 45 minutes pass (6:45pm), I called again, someone picked up and then hung up the phone. Try leaving a message, mailbox is full. At this point I give up and left the place they were supposed to fix my windshield. read more

Fast, reliable and honest. I didn't spend an arm and a leg and there were no hidden charges. I paid what was quoted over the phone. Thanks for the weekend service Daniel. read more

The Auto Glass Pro's saved the day! I called them in the morning and they came to my home for a 5pm appointment. Daniel asked some questions about my car and what happened to my right, rear window so they could make sure the had the parts on hand when they arrived. Carlos was the tech that came onsite. He was a surgeon. He cleanly took off the door panel of my BMW 3 series. Pretty amazing that he already had a good idea of the problem (broken regulator) and showed me the exact issue when he took out the broken part. He quickly put in the new part and everything was working like new. Carlos was informative, and clearly cared for the craftsmanship of his work. Highly recommend Auto Glass Pro's and Carlos if you can ask for him by name. read more

There's always that person that wants to ruin other people's day by breaking windshields for no reason (luckily, they didn't take anything at all!). Anyways, it was a Sunday and Monday was a holiday so I had little hope in finding a repair shop that would have my glass window and repair it until Tuesday. After 3-4 calls to other auto shops, I lucked out; their business was closed but they provided service to YOUR location on Sundays (plus they had my glass window!). They came over, fixed it up within 30 minutes and cleaned up all the broken glass in my car. It was all good and they did a follow up the next day to see if the window was intact. Because it was raining so hard, they ended up changing the glass window to a more expensive material (with no extra charge!). I drove for 6 hours back to SoCal and the window has been perfect since then. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Shout out to Dan for being understanding and cool about everything. read more
