I own an HVAC company, and one of the front windshields on our work vehicle was cracked. Since we rely on our vehicles every day, I needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. I called several other auto glass companies, but I received different quotes, and many of the prices were much higher than I expected. When I contacted Instant Auto Glass, Richard was extremely helpful and professional. He gave me a clear, upfront price with no surprises and was able to come directly to my business to complete the installation. Richard installed a brand-new front windshield on our Ford Transit/F-250, and I was honestly impressed by how fast, convenient, and smooth the entire process was. He arrived prepared, completed the job efficiently, and made everything easy from start to finish. The customer service, pricing, and quality of work were excellent. I highly recommend Instant Auto Glass to anyone who needs fast and reliable auto glass service. Save yourself the trouble of calling around--give Richard a call. You won't be disappointed!

The service was quick and he cleaned out most of the glass that had fallen into the cracks (it's nearly impossible to get every single piece). I'll definitely contact Instant Auto Glass again if I ever need window repairs in the future!

The quality of his work was really high. For this windshield, he picked up an OEM windshield from the dealership and installed it at my house. A few days later, I took it to the dealership to do the camera calibration service. This was much less expensive than having the dealership do the whole package, and the quality of the install was probably better. Plus, I liked being able to let the car sit in my driveway for 24 hours to let the adhesive cure instead of driving it back from a dealership right after install, which vibrates the adhesive and loosens it.

100% highly recommend for your ceramic coating needs!…read more This was my first time ever ceramic coating a vehicle, but I knew the one thing I didn't want was CeramicPro coating - so finding a shop that offered different ceramic coats was quite challenging, but also limited the number of shops I needed to get quotes from. After a week of researching, I decided I wanted to go with a shop that provided Opticoat, and 68 Auto Film was one of the handful of shops in the Bay Area that provided it. I ended up going with 68 Auto Film for a couple reasons: 1. They offered Opticoat. 2. Price was highly competitive for the product I was interested in. 3. They are very polite and responsive in their communications. I worked with Aaron on the scheduling side, and he answered all my questions without judgement - because I'm sure some of them were dumb. Even Henry gave me a call to talk through all the options and pros/cons of each, and what he recommended. The entire experience was seamless, and Henry is very thorough in not only his work, but explaining everything - the what and why, which I'm very appreciative of. I can't recommend the team enough! This is a solid business with honesty owners who treat you right.

I got several quotes from companies recommended by my insurance agent. Golden State came in at significantly lower price than the other company I called. I verified and the glass they were installing was the exact same manufacturer and is high quality, so I don't know what that other company was trying to do. I picked Golden State for both the price and because the guy I talked to on the phone was super patient with my millions of questions. He was able to schedule us quickly and they did the repair right in my driveway at home which was super convenient. Our installer was prompt, super nice and most importantly thorough. The new glass is great quality (actually exactly the same as I had before) and we've had some good rain and I can confirm no leaks or flaws at all. All in all we had a great experience and I would super use these guys again.

I sent out a project request via Yelp and got multiple responses with quotes. The reason why I went with Onsite Auto Glass is because they were able to fit me into their schedule the following day and offered the most competitive pricing, while being very prompt in their response. I even received a phone call the next morning to confirm my appointment. The technician called me prior to arriving to my house and was ready to work. He told me it would take about 2 hours so I went back inside and proceeded to WFH. I came out a little over an hour later to check on the progress and took a picture of my car. All in all, the quality of the windshield is good for an aftermarket glass and the install appeared to go smoothly. I would dock a half a star simply because the technician didn't put a work mat on my hood and had all of his tools resting on top of my paint. Additionally, the old adhesive that was scraped off was left all over my driveway. I had to sweep and clean up the mess, which wasn't an issue but wish this was taken care of.
