After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. The Gutter Guys gave amazing service from start to finish, and I can't recommend them highly…read moreenough! I have a two-story house with a unique section where water collects when it rains. The previous rain gutter contractor didn't do a good job, so I needed a contractor who would listen to my needs and design a good solution. I normally get three quotes for any construction work, but after reading the consistent positive reviews about The Gutter Guys, I decided to take a chance on them. From the very beginning, Lorraine (scheduler) was so professional and accommodating. When Angel (estimator) came out, he was polite and he patiently listened to the back story about the problem roof section. He emailed me a design plan that exceeded my expectations. Once the job was scheduled, I was so pleased that the crew of three (Angel's dad, brother, and employee) was punctual and came in two vans, fully loaded with all of the materials. Angel's dad patiently listened to my concerns and described where the gutters would be placed to best move rainwater away from my house. He also gave me choices on the height of the rain shields to minimize water splatter. As the work progressed, Angel's dad asked me to come out to see the layout of the downspout to make sure I was okay with it. Oh, and another important note is that my house has tile shingles that can easily crack if a contractor walks on it carelessly. I had just re-roofed the entire house last year for a lot of money, so I asked the crew to please be careful to minimize cracked shingles. At the completion of the job, not one shingle was cracked! Another amazing bit is that they replaced for free and without my asking, a small rain shield at another part of the house with a 6" high shield to match the aesthetics of the 6" high shield that they installed for their contracted project. The crew finished before the estimated time, and they cleaned everything up. I'm so grateful for the amazing overall experience, and now I can sleep in peace for the upcoming El Nino storms. Antonio and his crew were hired to replace the gutters and downspouts of our property, and I regret doing business with them. The only reason I am writing this review is to help prevent anyone from paying for sloppy work, incompetence, and lack of common sense. I needed to go after them each step of the process, and communication with his workers was very difficult because he was never there and they don't speak English. We needed to repeat ourselves several times about every point and we were not satisfied with their work what so ever, we made list and review the project repeatedly. After Antonio called saying the job was finished and asked for his final payment, we walked the property one more time and marked the corrections needed to be done. He came and spent one full day with his crew just fixing the things he thought were completed. Ridiculous!!! I have much more facts to share for this review, but this is enough to get the picture. If I had read a review like this, I would have never spent my money for a job with such a poor quality.

Antonio and his partner came through and installed only half of the intended gutter we spoke about and when I asked them about it, they pushed back saying it wasn't needed. I trusted them on that and waited till the next time it rained to see if it did the trick. It did not. The gutter they installed is only draining about 20% of the water. I've let Antonio know of the needed fix and he's scheduled and flaked on me twice! Do not do business with these folks, they'll take your money and run!
