I had a buffalo chicken wrap ($6.95) and ordered french fries on the side ($3.45). The wrap was decent, although I expected a breaded chicken and it turned out being grilled, which wasn't specified on the menu. The French fries are obviously overpriced and they were way too soggy, almost like they were steamed after they were fried. I also ordered a small turkey chili ($5.95) which wasn't too small, and it was wonderful. Overall it's a decent sandwich/wraps place but the food I ate didn't really stand up to the higher than normal price and the more upscale decor. The menu is very large, however, and having only tried a couple items I am not able to be extremely thorough about the quality of the restaurant. read more

Not that great. I ordered the balboa wrap with fries and expected it to be delicious, but it was subpar. It was really bland and I swear the most flavor was from the mozzarella cheese. There was quite a lot of meat though, so that's a plus. Also, the fries were tasty, even without ketchup. Delivery was quick as well. Another place that shows me why I stick to the places I know and like. My husband and I were looking to order some food and wanted to try a different place than we order or take out from usually. We ordered the garden panini deluxe (with fries), sweet potato fries, a greek salad and the el burrito loco wrap. It took about half an hour to come. We paid around 35$ and the only really edible thing was the salad. But 10$ for romaine lettuce, 6 olives, 6 mini tomatoes, some thin slices of cucumber and onion and some feta crumbles? Overpriced. The rest could go with 0 stars. The sweet potato fries where not fries, but thick oily baked sticks. The other fries were mostly soggy and stale. I don't really want to talk about the panini...the vegetables were supposed to be grilled, but tasted nothing but burnt. I don't know what happened to them, they didn't look that charred. But to me it was inedible. My husband usually eats anything and has an iron tummy, nothing really gives him an upset stomach. After two bites of his wrap, all he said was 'first and last time'. He ate half of it and threw the other half out. Maybe you have more luck than we did. But we will definitely not order from That's a Wrap again. It's just thrown out money. No thank you! read more

One of my go to spots for all my nutrients especially after a great work out or just a regular lunch and meal the protein on these impeccable selections of poultry and beef and vegetables are just organically right. The staff is amazing and has always been since I've been getting from here two years ago. I'm a top reviewer on GrubHub and every time leave a positive message to the workers to read because they work wonderful as a team and the food is delivered fast and warm just as if I was in the actual place. One thing I enjoy the most is the company of one of the managers helping me making selections of new things to try like the "Capri" panini with breaded eggplant tomatoes , fresh Spinach leaves , pesto balsamic vinegar glaze, roasted peppers. These guys give "man-portions" so don't worry about the price (either ways, it's not that expensive). Their salads are pretty decent if you can't have wheat like me. Try their wraps though, I think I used to have the Mexican wrap(?) years ago and they were pretty awesome. If you want something delicious, quick, and fresh, eat here. The workers here are super friendly, I didn't feel uncomfortable sitting by the windows to eat by myself because of the casual atmosphere. read more

I thought the food was reasonably priced and very fresh. the small salad I ordered, with turkey, was big enough that I took part of it home for another meal. There was a LOT of turkey on there. Ordered from grub hub and got the Mediterranean chicken and I indicated I wanted the olive tapenade on the side, and it wasn't anywhere to be found. Their prices are ridiculous for what you get . Chicken Mediterranean, buffalo wrap and side order of Teri rice.. $26 .. Plus tip..total of $30 for an unsatisfactory meal. First time ordering and last. I love wraps. I love smoothies. This place has great wraps AND smoothies. Went in one day before my fiance had to head off to work and we were greeted with super fair prices and delicious food. I got the cuban wrap and she got the turkey and avocado one. We split a strawberry banana smoothie which was great. We ended up saving the other half of our wraps for dinner. horrible chicken wrap! I just bought a chicken wrap to go for dinner today and it was super salty, the chicken was so overcooked, and the sauce was the worst part. It tasted like can hosin sauce! I couldn't even eat it! Took several bites and threw it in the garbage. The sweet potato fries had no taste at all. They didn't even salt it. Also they put it in a foil pouch which made it super soft. Worst meal ever. Stay away from this place. The only good thing was the service. read more

The food is great no complaints. What i had a huge problem with was the staff. I went earlier today and they were so rude. All huddled into a corner on their phone and ignoring the customers. Laughing and talking amongst themselves with their back turned. They were also making food with hair all out and messy under a hat with nothing keeping hair from getting into food. The one at the register was so busy singing and looking at her phone she didnt offer me a copy of MY receipt and completely disregarded the girl next to me trying to order something. Excuse me had to me be said more then once for her to place her order. It was unprofessional and i will definitely think twice about dealing with that again. read more

I ordered a salad for delivery and ate half and refrigerated the rest because their salads are so big. I open it today to eat it. I take 2 bites and I look at my plate and there's a big dead fly. I took into consideration that it was a day old but no way it should attract a fly in my home. I called to let them know and the owner or manager (Gio I believe he said his name was) got on the phone questioning what the point of my phone call was. I told him everything and he was so rude saying they would have to inspect the salad themselves first (as if I was lying). Mind you I told them I order or eat there once a week with friends, I love their food and recommended my co-workers to go there in the past. Okay so I will start by saying I have ordered from here before and their food WAS delicious! I would like to say management was AWESOME in rectifying the situation. I received my first ordered 40 mins from when I called for delivery I do live a bit far from them so I understood the delay! What I had a MAJOR problem was receiving cold food and MUSHY/WET bread! My wife is a chef and could IMMEDIATELY tell her sandwich had been sitting for a while before it was delivered.. I called and management stepped up and sent us a new order within 35 mins of speaking to a manager. I am utterly disappointed and I don't know if there was a change in their chef but I will definitely not be ordering from them. read more

I rarelypost reviews about anything, but i have become so infatuated with this restaurant that I felt it was necessary to express my gratitude and spread the word. Ive only tried three of the wraps on their menu- not because im not an adventurous eater, but because they are just so good that I crave them and cant eat more than one at a time. The Barbeque wrap and Cajun Chicken wrap are my favorites. Im not sure of the nutritional value or caloric amounts of these items, but even if they are full of fat Im sure theyre the good types because its full of such a variety of fresh vegetables. The smoothies I have ordered were also always very fresh and full of flavor. After discovering this place, I stopped going to the other place in bayside I used to get my wraps. Im not going to write their name, but honestly I found that they were not even in the same league. You should definitely try out this place. read more

Walked in here because the rain was pouring out, thinking heck, me & the kids were hungry why not try this place...turned out what a waste of money! this place is pretentious, trying hard to be trendy but so far from that...the staff were acting busy but meanwhile there where only one couple dining in, 2 waiting for take out and us...OK?!? so here goes, I ordered the Bison burger and a California wrap and a Snapple...food came about 15mins, one of the staff brought it out, the burger was so dry and on a panini bread but the kids were hungry so they started eating it. The wrap was ok, nothing spectacular like what the others stated here, I had much better wraps from Gourmet Delis in Long Island. I did not read ahead but the fries for the burger if u want to u have to add and pay for it, it does not come with it...really? I'm spending $10 for a dry panini burger without fries? so forget that...I already lost my appetite after a few bites of the wrap & asked one of the girl for a box to go, she gave me a small box & I said make it 2, I thought she will have a heart attack when I also asked for a plastic bag...is everything in this place priced? Thats a Wrap is the best bang for your buck for health, speed and price. They make great shakes and mouth watering wraps. The first few times I went the owner was there and helped me with what to order because there are so many options. I went with the Buritto Loco and OMG was it good, I crave it when I don't have it for a while. Every wrap and juice ive had has been amazing ! The place is small, warm and welcoming and the staff seems to be genuinely nice and helpful people. I always suggest it to friends and will continue to do so. read more
