Best fast-food burger I've had so far. Honestly I feel it beats restaurants known for burgers too. I get the classic That One Burger. But you can also make your own. Their onion rings are super crispy and delicious. I order a side or Cajun remoulade sauce to go with it. It is fantastic. However, what is up with the fries? They are not double fried and they are always soggy. I just skip them. I can't eat them. I wish you would change where you get them from. Found this little burger place on Yelp and swung by for "linner". You place your order at the counter then take a number to a table. The inside was stuffy and the whole place felt kind of greasy/dirty. It just seamed like it needed a good day of cleaning everywhere. The staff was friendly though. I was bummed that they didn't have turkey, at all. I guess they had a "bad batch" so it was off the menu temporarily. I substituted chicken and got the "Turkey burgler" ($7.50) toppings. FREE fries with Yelp check in so yay! We also got some grandma's mac and cheese ($3.50) and onion rings ($1.99) to try. Our little group chose to avoid the stuffy inside for a humid evening outside with a lovely views of the parking lot. Food took a bit to come out. First came the fries which had a LOT of salt. Large chunks of it piled on to the side of the paper tray. My chicken version of the burgler was good- it had red onion, raspberry mayo, lettuce, brie, bacon and apple slices. It was lacking a stronger flavor of the brie, bacon and apples though. Kids burger comes with fries and a drink, the burger is about the size of an adult burger so is a great deal at $5. Onion rings were your basic frozen out of the bag variety and the mac had chunk of bacon but could've used more gooey cheese. Drinks ($1.69) are from the fountain but there aren't many to choose from- no juice or milk for the kids and no diet Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero for the adults. I happened to have the BB Burger, which is a thick cut apple wood bacon, brisket burger. I happen to love burgers, bacon and brisket so to find out this place had an item that included all three had ecstatic. This Greek Veggie Burger is made up of a house-made spinach patty, fresh sprouts, red onions, fresh red and green peppers, feta cheese, and greek yogurt (on a wheat bun). The patty itself is a work of art. It's green, so you can see the spinach, but the consistency is spot-on for the ultimate bite! It doesn't crumble, but it also doesn't leave you with strings of spinach, pulling apart. It's perfect! Besides that, the greek yogurt and feta combine with the onion and peppers for the perfect sweet/sour meets soothing, salty creaminess in a flavor combo that makes you wonder where you've been living your whole life. It's like your favorite greek dish put between a bun. The test is that I saw my compadres eating juicy beef burgers and never once envied them. In fact, when I got home I couldn't stop raving about this veggie burger. I been going to One Spot for years, but last few times it has not very good/ Today we order our food & the fries came out soggy & cold, when we ordered ask for hot crisp fries, when we took them back the cook dumped the one we returned in with all the other fries that were done at the time, he then mixed them up & took out a large amount & re fried some of the same ones, so I hope who ever order fries after us didn't mind they had some that were on our table & touched by 3 people seeing that they were cold. Like I said they used to be very friendly & helpful, now they very rude when return unfit to eat food & then re cooks the old food & reserves it. As much as I like a small business to succeed, unless who ever is in charge of this place doesn't make some changes I cant imagine there is a bright future for this business. That One Spot has become my #1 spot in the Ocoee area. I moved to the area a few months ago, and have gone to That One Spot almost every week since. Why go to the same spot when there are so many other options available? You might ask. 1. The food is good. Really good. I've tried their burgers, their sandwhiches, and their salads, and hot damn everything is incredible. My personal favorite is the pesto chicken sandwhich--a chicken sandwich with cheese, tomato, pesto, basil, AND avocado!! Seriously that is so much goodness on an incredible bun, it's one of my favorite foods in the Orlando area. But really, everything I've had is 10/10. 2. The size. Okay, true, nothing comes with a side. That's unfortunate, but the reality is that the main dishes are a good enough size that I'm stuffed every time that I don't get a side, and when I do, I can't finish my burger/sandwich/salad. 3. The sides. Wait, didn't I just say that the sides aren't included? Yeah, I did. But they're still damn good. The fries are fresh and the sweet potato tots are delicious. And really, if you're going with someone else, you only need one side to split. And what do you know--right now there is a special that if you check in on Yelp, you get one free fry! So there you go! That one spot is a quick service kind of deal, so you order at the counter and the food is brought to you. The inside of that one spot isn't very big, but it's trendy and the music is good. I've only seen it completely full (inside and out) a couple times. When it's busy, it can take a while to get your food, so just keep that in mind. The staff are awesome and kind though, so I try not to mind. The only "area for improvement" for me is that I wish they had some kind of apple/cinnamon butter to go with the sweet potato fries. I stopped off at this place at my girlfriend's recommendation and found it pretty good. We got 2 burgers and a free fry but it still came out to over $20 bucks. Something about burgers being so expensive really makes me uneasy. The burger was as good as it gets, cooked right with fresh ingredients. I just think a single burger should never be priced higher than $6 bucks. I probably would go to Hardees down the street next time to get a burger fries and a drink for the same price, to be honest... This place is worth a 5 star if it was priced appropriately. o I've told about this place by a coworker, but could never make it on the side of town for a review, well I was finally able to make it and it was worth the trip. Located on the end of a strip mall is That One Spot, that name can confuse many people as it did myself, but that is the name! It's a small interior and has some seats on the patio as well. When you go to the register to order, you can see the burgers being made along with the fries which seemed to be hand-cut and fresh when delivered. I ordered, That One Burger and my girlfriend had a BYOB with a side of fries, (which is free when you check in). The burger was very good and That One Sauce on the burger stood out more than I expected! My only complain is that the fries were a saltier than I expected, they're saltier than McDonald's but come presented almost like Checkers fries. I'd definitely stop in if I was on this side of town again and try another burger. That One Spot puts their quality into the actual burger which isn't common in most burger joints nowadays, and that's what I can appreciate about them! read more
