Bought my mower here awhile ago for 5gs on finance with a 5 year warranty. I paid it off in 3 years…read moreand they told me my warranty would not continue unless i continued to pay them extra for it as I paid it off. First off, how does that work? My warranty should continue regardless! Granted I'm a mechanic so I can fix it myself, but wtf?! Secondly I went to go get a fuel filter(after my warranty expired obviously, and not that I even needed it, I'm just doing good pmcs. I still have only 60hrs on the thing after 7 years. Yes this is a review long time coming), and they wanted my name, phone number and address! For a fuel filter? It wasn't even kohler brand! I told them to shove it, and went across the street to tractor supply and got a REAL kohler brand fuel filter. Screw this place! I love my mower! But except nothing from this company! If you buy something from here, buy it and get out! They have nothing worth while to offer. Unless your willing to shell out your money.

The phone, that being a single # is NEVER answered, mailbox full, calls are not returned in a timely manner if at all. I have to wonder about Jahns actual mechanical history. It takes a lot to piss me off, but his lackadaisical attitude, shoddy work. Will both show in final product.

I was broke down in my 2004 Range Rover on westbound i90 - oveheated - waiting for AAA to show up. Jahn was driving eastbound - saw me on on the other side of the freeway - made a u turn at the next exit to drive by and see if he could help. If I hadn't been towing it to Biggs in Bellevue at that point (they had the rover 3 weeks ago for the low coolant light and said there wasn't an issue) to fix their previous work - I'd have used him. Gary happily showed me the actual trailer, answered a few questions I had then we went back inside to complete the sale. The Title and registration process was made quick and easy by a very competent and pleasant woman but I unfortunately didn't catch her name. I arranged to pick up my new trailer the next day and when I arrived I decided to add a spare tire plus I needed to upgrade my towing equipment to exceed the trailer's 10K rating. They had everything in stock and when they brought my trailer to the front of the lot a few minutes later, they'd already mounted the spare tire. Two very efficient young guys prepped the trailer by torquing all the wheel lug nuts, attaching the trailer including the ball and coupler, safety chains, and breakaway switch to my truck, then testing the trailer lighting. No lights. Unfazed, they retrieved a testing kit from the shop and began troubleshooting and quickly determined the problem was in my truck's electrical system. We checked the basics, switches, connections and fuses - still no joy. Then Kyle came out to assist. Of course it was raining and the parking lot was wet and muddy but that didn't stop Kyle from digging deeper by laying under my truck to check 7 pin socket wiring. Kyle quickly determined that my truck's socket was the issue and, like a true professional, he quickly removed mine and replace it with a new one, with no hesitation or drama. This might seem routine to many but I've spent a great deal of time working in the trades and young men like Kyle are an unbelievably rare commodity. While everyone at Olympic Trailer & Truck was great, Kyle was responsible for completing my transaction with absolute satisfaction.
