He didn't make us feel like just another sale, but like actual people. I'd also like to give a shout out to the finance guy -- I don't remember his name, but he was such a good vibe. My mom and I were laughing the entire time. This wasn't like normal car shopping; it was actually fun and entertaining. Michael referred us to Zach across the street because we decided to go with a used car, and Zach was amazing too. After the paperwork was signed, my mom noticed the headlight was cracked. Zach assured her he would get it replaced and immediately followed up with an email so she had proof and tracking of his word. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.

Unless you're doing the work yourself, when it comes to maintenance beyond basic oil changes, their prices are some of the most reasonable I've come across. The employee helping me was even surprised at how low the quote was that I received for upcoming maintenance, which honestly says a lot. Good service, fair pricing, and people who actually treat you like a valued customer. Thank you for always making my visits easy and pleasant. The Lacey location is clearly doing something right. Highly recommend.

Ended up having to go back twice because my car kept leaking/dripping on my friends driveway. The only answer they gave me was "it's just residue". I felt frustrated with this particular location, so I went back to the jiffy Lube in Lacey. First of all, there were a lot of women mechanics, which made me feel better, and they actually re-did the whole job AND CLEANED IT! There was no more dripping after that. Very pleased with the service in Lacey.

I really wished he told me about the cracked windshield, and the 4 rear tires are in need of replacing. I probably would have bought it anyway. All in all, I got a pretty good deal.
