I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Every single time I stop in, no matter the reason, the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which sadly isn't something you see everywhere anymore. And let's talk about pricing. Unless you're doing the work yourself, when it comes to maintenance beyond basic oil changes, their prices are some of the most reasonable I've come across. The employee helping me was even surprised at how low the quote was that I received for upcoming maintenance, which honestly says a lot. I was visiting a friend in Woodinville and decided to get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube there. a simple oil change. Ended up having to go back twice because my car kept leaking/dripping on my friends driveway. The only answer they gave me was "it's just residue". I felt frustrated with this particular location, so I went back to the jiffy Lube in Lacey. First of all, there were a lot of women mechanics, which made me feel better, and they actually re-did the whole job AND CLEANED IT! There was no more dripping after that. Yes they change oil, and they are relatively quick, and yes you can stay in your car. But the cost!? Is it just me or has the cost of getting your oil changed skyrocketed!?!? I know I'm getting longer in the tooth, so I do remember $19.99 Jiffy Lube oil changes, but now I average about $120. Sure I use the synthetic oil, but that seems minor in the great cost scheme of things. So I originally went to the Jiffy Lube in DuPont to get my oil change, but they said I couldn't get it done there because something about not being able to remove the drain plug and I need to go to a "multicare location". I don't even know what that meant, so I called the Lacey Jiffy Lube and the manager said it shouldn't be a problem. I was a little nervous because I didn't want to get turned down for a second time, but HOLY COW, I'm sooo glad I came here! Everyone was seriously SOOO NICE and they weren't pushy AT ALL. A lot of places try to force services and products on me, especially since I'm a naive female who knows nothing about cars but they were seriously NOTHING like that. I finally feel safe driving this janky car again, lol! Honestly I recommend this place to everyone and I am definitely coming back to the Lacey location as soon as income tax hits! HAHA read more

Coil replacement is super accurate at Jiffy Lube on Pacific Avenue SE Lacey. The Manager there, Mr. Corey M, personally worked on my car. He made sure that I only need to replace my coil that was misfiring. He checked and made sure that was the only problem I have for my car, before he send me on my way. I am glad I called Jiffy Lube. I am glad I choose Jiffy Lube. I didn't have to spend up to $700 to $1,300, because all the other auto shops I called and visited. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They are dishonest!!! I paid good money for the best SYNTHETIC oil they had and later found out they had duped me and put in TRADITIONAL oil instead. Recently I got another oil change by a professional. After the appointment he said he had given me synthetic oil instead of traditional. I was confused because I thought I had synthetic already. I asked him if he was 100% sure it was traditional oil before, which he was. I did some research and apparently this is not an uncommon thing for Jiffy Lube to do. Several of my friends said they had the same thing happen to them after a visit to one of this company's locations. Not only is this completely DISHONEST, SCUMMY, and DISRESPECTFUL, but it is also incredibly DANGEROUS for your car. With the synthetic oil they tell you to come back after 7500 miles. Traditional oil requires more frequent visits. It is very possible my car could have sustained severe damage if a friend who knows cars hadn't told me to go see someone early. My oil was almost completely out. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED CASH HERE. They will absolutely rip you off and not feel bad about it. read more

Be certain you ask them to confirm the tire pressure indicated on the door of your car this is the manufacturer recommended pressure. I made a visit today these gentleman tried to set 30 lb when in fact it recommends 33 to 35 on my car. Otherwise, good service. read more

First time going here! Service was fast and 5/5. I was getting paranoid because I was overdue for an oil exchange. I called a few places and they were either closed or was busy for the day. I called Jiffy Lube and they are a no appointment place so I went there with my fingers crossed hoping I could get an oil change in before heading out to work. I pulled up to Jiffy Lube and was a little worried because there were people ahead of me. One of the employees asked me what I needed and I said an oil change and he said it'll take about 30 mins. I was like YES! So I left my car there and went to get Starbucks and came back just as they were finishing up. The price was good! About $55 for an oil change and they checked the tire pressure, wipers, vacuumed inside, etc. You won't get a better deal elsewhere! read more

My friend called me in the middle of the day and wanted to go get her oil changed. We were going to go to Oil Can Henry's but we couldn't find the coupon we were looking for. Then I said to her, "We shouldn't need a coupon just to get a cheap fast oil change". She agreed and we headed to Jiffy Lube down the street. There wasn't a wait really to get our cars in. They pulled our cars in and we headed to the waiting room. Every person that works there has a purpose and moves very fast...hence the jiffy. I would say overall it took them a little less than 20 minutes to complete the oil change. The vacuumed, or tried to as I had a bunch a crap in the back seat. They even sprayed a little fragrance which actually lasted for a really long time. Now, the guy that rung up up wasn't too overly pushy on up selling, which I like. He provided some info about things to possibly get changed in the future but didn't like force the products down your throat. It was about $40 for a general oil change. Now I normally only trust the Walmart Tire Lube Express folks to do my oil changes. I have to drive to Yelm or Chehalis to get them done though, which I don't mind the drive. I have been going to Walmart for years for oil changes, but in a bind I wouldn't be opposed to going to Jiffy Lube. read more

Saturday December 3, 2022 the sensor in my Ford Escape came on for low tire pressure. I was on my way to work and stopped at Jiffy Lube Marvin RD Lacey, WA. I told the attendate that my low tire pressure sensor came on and to check the tires for pressure. I also had an oil change. When I started my car the low tire pressure light was still on. I told the attendate this and she said that it would go out in 10 mins. I wondered about that because I have had the light come on at different times and when the tires were filled to 35 pressure the light went out immediately. The light continued to stay on so I thought the sensor had gone bad. I was able to get into Les Schwab this morning and they checked the pressure in the tires and the pressure was 22 not 34 that Jiffy Lube had written down on the receipt. Les Schwab told me that my sensors were working perfectly. When I lived in Tacoma, WA I had gone to Jiffy Lube on Sprague Ave and they had filled the tires to 35 pressure when the sensor light had come on. I would never go back to Jiffy Lube Marvin RD ever again!! read more

Took over 15 min to check in and I was the only one there at first. Have 4 teenagers doing the actual work and they seem to be running the show (and doing a good job). Management now has 3 vehicles to check in and no one around to do it. Not sure if they are off smoking weed or in the can with diarrhea as no one had told ya anything in 15 min. 5 stars !! I called their competition for price then Jiffy. I didn't catch the mans name at Jiffy (I'm bad at names) but Jiffy was way more helpful right away over the phone with pretty much the same price after discount he told me they were having so I chose Jiffy. Right when I pulled up he approached and remembered our conversation. They got right to it and were calling out what they were doing like doctors haha pretty cool to be in the car watching. In between working a few of them were giving me tips on some things that needs work going beyond the oil change that I was there for. So now I know a few things I need to take my 92 Honda Civic into the mechanic for to keep this old car going. This is the first Yelp or any review I've ever done and I'm 48 haha but after seeing some of those negative reviews and having such a good experience I had to post this. Right after I left Jiffy I went to discount tire to get one tire and the guy wasn't really interested in helping, he needed a little info on my tires that I didn't know and had me go out to get the info, I remember when they would be happy to come out and check in person so I ended up taking a picture and bringing it back in as he looked at me like I'm bugging him and he said they have one (way over priced) and it would take like 4 hours haaaaaa. I went down the road and got a used one for $45 instead. I brought this up because that's kinda what I was expecting going in for an oil change but it wasn't that so ever. Thanks! read more

I went in today after work for an oil change. Ended up getting that, my air filter changed and a new battery. All of the work was done in about 30 minutes. They also drained water from my door which previously wasn't draining. They are however unable to rotate the tires on my vehicle, I do believe due to not having the available tools here. Very friendly staff and quick service. I've had 2 good experiences here so I plan to continue going here for my oil changes. read more

I got the least expensive oil change for $29.99 which is supposed to come with them checking the lights for outages and washing the windshield, as well as a few other things. They gave me an "all clear" for everything, but when I got home and I checked about 20 minutes later, the winshield still had chucks of mud on it and I had two lights out on the car. You can't depend on them to do the job they guarantee to do, so if you go there, double check their work! On another note, it was the fastest service at a Jiffy Lube I had ever had. I came into the store for the first time today. I was greeted with a friendly smile and escorted into the waiting room. The service was completed on time with a very thorough checking of all items. It was raining when I pulled up, but the young man who attended to me gave me instructions while he was standing in the rain, waited for me to get out of my truck, and escorted me to the lobby area. The other gentleman working this morning, explained to me what services needed to be done, which ones were pertinent and which ones could wait. He showed me what services Ford suggested to be done on my particular truck and answered the questions that I had for him. Both men were very attentive and cordial. I gravitated towards this location for the first time because they are in a convenient location to my work, and offer coupons online. They also advertised that they wash all your exterior windows and vacuum your floors- BONUS. Except. They didn't. I left my car there while I went across the street to run an errand, and when I came back there was no one to be found. I looked around, stood at the counter- until I decided just to walk around their bay areas yelling HELLO!? A nice gentleman came out of an office, apologetic that his guys weren't up there to help me- and by the time I was finished paying his guys were up there standing close by apologizing to him. The location wasn't busy, I was the only one there. So the not cleaning part, after agreeing that was part of the service, was ridiculous. Its safe to say that I won't be going back, but hey!
