This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. Honestly so disappointed in how i was treated, a little back story, i know one of the technicians…read more(keegan) personally as i used to be best friends with his girlfriend, her and i had a falling out and it was last year, i went to get my oil changed on September 15th 2026 and he was the one who ended up putting oil back into my truck. He ended up over filling my vehicle and long story short my truck started running like absolutely shit, wasn't accelerating and was shaking when i would accelerate, i called customer service to figure out what i should do, they opened a case for me and recommended i go back to valvoline and have them drain and fill my oil up to the correct amount, i took pictures of my dipstick before i went in case there was any issues at valvaline, Hank the computer guy i had, super sweet, keegan and another technician went to go check my dipstick, i don't know if he thought i couldn't see him or what but he decided to wipe off the over filled oil with his thumb and tried to say it was perfectly filled, then proceeded to sit there and laugh about it saying "it's just stains" when it wasn't ( i will add pictures of my dipstick at my house) he tried to tell me that my oil was perfectly filled and i told him it wasn't and i had picture proof and he tried to tell me i need to check it 30 minutes after i've driven my truck, hank then came back over and tried to tell me that my oil was filled perfectly and i explained to him that it wasn't and that keegan had wiped off the overfilled oil on my dipstick, he then said he would check it himself and then show me without wiping it off, he seen that it was overfilled, keegan got pissed off that i called him out, my boyfriend was with me and decided to roll his window down too, keegan then decided to call me a bitch and that he doesn't like me cause me and his girlfriend had a falling out, and he was talking shit thinking i couldn't hear him, will not be going back there after today

Their standard pitch lately is now to have you leave your vehicle for what entails a 30-60 minute inspection and tell you that if they find something that needs repair then the vehicle is already in the bay and they can take care of it. The issue here is that I am just requesting an inspection - and if additional work is needed then I reserve the right to obtain other quotes. I don't consider it necessary to leave my vehicle for an entire day while they work around other jobs they have going and waiting for what typically amounts to work that I want a second opinion on. Just advise not to 'leave' your vehicle, if they can't do a basic check in an hour then they're wasting your time and setting up expectations of major work that needs doing.

I was 2 hours away from Olympia and at the time didn't know what was wrong with it so why would I tow it there? I had to sell my 7 year old 4 runner for scrap and buy a new car. They're lucky no one was hurt when my car suddenly froze up on the freeway. My hope is they are more cautious and careful in the future. zero stars.

Oh, don't forget the tire pressure. I had initially agreed to have them do a tune up and replace a steering bushing and the valve cover gaskets. After reading reviews I called and told them to only do the plug repair and oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, they charged me $84.69 (25% restocking fee.) For returning parts they supposedly ordered. (Steering coupler, cap and rotor, two valve gaskets, air filter, and spark plugs) There is no way these parts added up to $338.76. The parts, all OEM. come to $96. I took my paperwork from Autohaus to Pete Lea to check out. He is arguably the premier auto mechanic in Olympia, WA. Pete confirmed my suspicions. He said I should get the Heli sinc metric thread kit from Autohaus they charged me for it, and should not have been charged a restocking fee for basic items a shop usual keeps on hand. I requested they give me the hele sinc metric thread kit and they refused. My other mechanic also said the same thing about the part. Nate offered to give me the $84 back. I told him if he gave me a $1000 back i would only leave a couple reviews. Nate refused. what sort of loser would I be to take money from someone and then not leave an honest review.

I've been coming here for oil changes, and occasional small needs such as a lightbulb swap out. Today I requested assistance with larger issues. This particular Jiffylube has proven they are capable of just about anything needed for a vehicle, and is willing to work with customers for plans to take care of needs, while explaining everything with kind and attentive service. They see their customers as whole people. They're respectful of time for those of us with little flexibility in our schedules. They're quick to provide honest communication. Part of their process is even looking for the least expensive part cost at local auto parts stores, before they offer a quote. If you're a mechanic skeptic trying to spin all the plates, with limited mechanical knowledge yourself-- this is the option you've been looking for.
