As expected, there was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly, and we were able to order and get our food within a reasonable amount of time. The coffee menu had plenty of unique syrup add-ons and flavor combinations, and the bakery selection was surprisingly diverse. The location is easy to find, with plenty of parking right out front, which was especially convenient on a busy holiday.Given how crowded it was, we did have to wait a little while to find seating, but that's understandable for a holiday when it seemed like half the town had the same idea. The staff was sweet, friendly, and handled the rush well. Overall, a solid stop for coffee and breakfast, especially considering it was one of the few places open that day.

My husband got the classic breakfast and I ordered the monster breakfast burrito. We shared the fruit bowl with Greek yogurt and ordered a mystery pastry box. All I can say is consider splitting the breakfast burrito! They're huge!! Their pities are chopped up so nice and little! Mine had red onions, eggs, green bell peppers and sausage crumbles. My hubby ordered the classic which had those potatoes, bacon, eggs and cheddar cheese. The fruit bowl was really fresh and love that they have really good granola and honey packets. The mystery pastry box didn't disappoint. We received coffee crumb cake, lemon berry bar, chocolate croissant and apple fritter. They all look amazing. I was able to taste the apple fritter and it was pretty good! Service wise- they packed everything well and even labeled everything for us. We will be coming back for more breakfast tomorrow!!

What an amazing experience at DASSH Bakery in Grants Pass!…read more From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who clearly pour their hearts into this bakery. Everything is made fresh, and you can absolutely taste the difference. We ordered the Local Bagel, and it was phenomenal. It had bacon, aioli, and a variety of fresh ingredients that came together perfectly. I honestly can't remember everything that was on it because I was too busy enjoying it! The bagel itself was fresh-made and absolutely delicious. We also tried the ham bagel sandwich with cheddar, ham, and honey mustard, and it was just as fantastic. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. For a sweet treat, we had the blueberry scone, and it was perfection--flavorful, tender, and clearly made from scratch. Their coffee menu is impressive as well. They can make just about any latte you want and offer a great selection of syrups, including cookie butter, vanilla, lavender, and many more. They also have plenty of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, whole milk, and regular milk. The bakery itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with outdoor seating available, including two two-top tables and a larger six-top table, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food and coffee. The service was impeccable. Since the bakery is run by the owners themselves, things may take a little longer during busy times, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. The care, attention, and quality they put into every order are well worth the wait. If you're in Grants Pass, DASSH Bakery is an absolute must-visit. Fresh-made food, outstanding coffee, a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and wonderful owners who truly care about their customers. Easily a five-star experience, and we'll definitely be back!
