Like the first time I came here I wanted to crop an oversized button up, she did recommend cropping the sleeves as well, which I can't guarantee other places would let me know about that. All my friends have been going to her and I can't recommend her enough! Her pricing is extremely fair for the quality they deliver and pretty fast turn around time. Walking in for the first time, I was greeted instantly by one of the most friendliest, attentive guys I have ever met (George the owner). He had so much energy and good vibes from the start. He walked us through their standard pricing and processing time which was all very straight forward. What stood out was the following: I needed to use a button up shirt I had brought in for an event the same weekend and since it wouldn't be ready by then I opted to not get it cleaned/wear it as is. Hearing this, George said "Let me take care of it!". He took the shirt to the back and was able to do a quick clean/iron free of charge just so that I could use the shirt for the weekend event. Now that is great service! When it comes to first impressions, this sets the standard! He didn't have to but he used his own time and effort to make it happen. (I found this place after a yelp search) I saw photos and reviews of future brides literally trusting this place with the most important clothing item in the world.. their wedding dress At my first visit, I brought in a Versace cape. it was on sale, except it was 3 sizes too big. I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly. They made my white fur coat look brand new and had it ready the very next day for my photo/video shoot when everyone else told me it would take a few days. All the girls called me polar bear at the party. Suit looks great and ready to deal with finance district folks. Unbeatable customer service, prices, and speed. They said they don't remember the dress and since they take your slip and only cash I could not prove they did. They did not offer any solution and just kept denying and would not help in anyway. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.
