Have yet to be disappointed! As a teenage guy, I think we go through many different phases before finding our desired hairstyle. In fact, I walked in not knowing what cut I wanted my first visit. So, I had the pleasure to be sat with the stylist Nick Wagner. Little did Nick know I had a challenge for him. I am still exploring different styles but I was absolutely shocked as Nick took my little to no descriptive request and some how made it look perfect- and for me. Haven't been very consistent with Barbers and wasn't expecting to find one in a salon. However, I think I just found the one!! The salon itself is very welcoming, comfortable and modernized. If I could give this salon no stars I would. We made a appointment to have a Balayage as our normal salon we went to for years the women moved out of state. I asked lots of questions when calling and was told Chelsea would be a great person as she is a blonde specialist. Trust me when I say I should have went with my initial instincts and left when I realized she has zero personality. Especially for someone who does hair. When you talk to her she acts like you are bothering her. Also I'd like to say this was for graduation and birthday pictures for my daughter. So we get there and we show Chelsea the cut and blonde we would like to achieve. She said ok and she would try her best to achieve the blonde that my daughter wanted. She said she couldn't guarantee she could make it as blonde but COULD get close. I'd like to add this wasn't my daughters first balayage and she has very healthy hair. We have achieved very close to the blonde she wanted in the past, so we thought it would be easy for a specialist to achieve. I'll add my daughter has never had over processed hair. After hours of waiting and a few hundred dollars later. She had made her hair a ugly brassy color and she didn't do the cut we wanted at all. When talking to her about it she caught a attitude with me. She told me that she can't make the bleach do anything and that's the best she could do. I'm sorry but she shouldn't even be doing hair if this is her best. She totally ruined my daughter's hair right before her pictures. She was rude when questioned about it and even though it was a ugly brassy color and the wrong cut. She charged full price. She also put very short layers in her hair and I asked her "are you putting layers in her hair" Chelsea responded with no. So I asked why it looked like it. She tried to tell me she was thinning her hair and assured me no layers would be there. Guess what? She has layers and my daughter hates layers in her hair. So we waited for a call from the salon manager Brittany and she was incredibly RUDE. This place DOES NOT care if you are not happy with services. All she did was give us the run around. Defending all the lies and mistakes that Chelsea did. Do yourself a favor and go to a salon where the staff care about you. This place does a minimal amount of work. So you have to come back and have your hair finished. It's all about money for them. Which I'd like to say I don't mind paying hundreds of dollars to someone that does a good job. We get our hair done many times throughout the year. Brittany the "manager" is a horrible manager and only cares about protecting their employees and not the customers. After her not caring about anything that was being said she said we could come back in 2 weeks and have it bleached again at full price then actually hung up on us. So unprofessional. It's no wonder Chelsea does a poor job when she has managers that allow this kind of behavior. She's crazy if she thinks I'll let any of them touch my daughters hair again. Now I'll be hunting for a new salon that actually knows what they are doing. I hope we can have this horrible cut fixed and to have it bleached to actually look nice. It looks like I tried and failed to do it at home. Hope this helps others! read more

Had an appointment with cori a few months back for a cut and balayage in preparation for my graduation ceremony. Cori was courteous and offered drinks, etc. to make me comfortable when I arrived. My issue was that the experience cost almost $500, which I was willing to pay for the pre-grad splurge, but she didn't even do balayage and charged for that anyway. I think she was basically afraid that she couldn't lift my hair evenly since I've been doing dark root touch-ups for a couple years, so she decided to do A TON of foil highlights instead? The end result was more of a foil highlight look starting at the roots, which just isn't what I was going for. The color was as lifted as I expected it to be, it just was in an all over highlight style rather than balayage. I was just surprised that she decided to give me something different than what I asked for basically because she wasn't confident in her ability to lift my color and deliver what I was asking for, but then just charged me the $375 or so as if she'd delivered the balayage I'd asked for. I'll also note, this was the first time I'd seen cori, so I'm guessing she just didn't want to do anything too drastic, but she basically just did a super minimal trim for my cut and that was also $75+. I'm from California and even by CA standards these prices are just crazy high for what I asked for let alone what I received. Cori also said she's only been doing hair for a couple years so I can't even rationalize the cost is commensurate with experience level at this salon. I won't be returning, needless to say. read more
