My friend and I both ordered summer roll (pork and lettuce wrapped in rice paper) and spring rolls (shrimp and lettuce wrapped in rice paper) at $12 for 4 rolls. The Vietnamese owner lady was very nice and let us order them as a mixture of 2 spring rolls and 2 summer rolls as one order. Freshly made to order. They look and taste very "home made", also on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to (lots of Vietnamese restaurants near where I live), and these rolls do not come with rice noodles as many others I'm used to. All that aside, we took our very first bite a few hours later and my friend immediately felt stands of hard thin strings in her mouth, and spitting out SEVERAL STRANDS of short hair, which is not the same color as her own long hair. Shocking. Very shocking. My rolls were just fine with no foreign substances, however the more we eat the more we are getting grossed out from the encounter...she didn't finish eating that roll with hair in it and continue to eat 2 out of the 3 rolls left and so did I, since we were both very hungry and it was our only food option during the long journey, but the whole time we were getting more and more grossed out and none of us ate the 4th last roll in our order. Payment: She accepts credit card or Venmo, but any other form of payment besides cash would be an extra dollar of up charge. Instead of paying $13 for a $12 item, we decided to scramble for cash to pay her. Location: One of three food trucks located in a dirt road parking lot with active large and live mosquitoes flying around attacking us while we order food and dine. A Mexican taco truck each to the left and right side of this Vietnamese food truck. Other: This lady owner says she's had her business here for 5 years now. Had wanted to try several items on the menu but already made a purchase with the taco truck to its right. Perhaps it's a good thing, because the sanitary and hygiene issue here is questionable. I hope she starts to wear a hair net when she preps food. I mean, I understand we all shred hair daily and she must of been working hard to chop the veggies and hand roll each spring roll...but we really don't need that evidence in the form of strands of hair in our food...

I ordered the yellow tail collar. Hamachi Kama. It was good. I would order this again. We ordered the spicy tuna roll. The powder they put on top is definitely spicy and delicious. 10/10 recommend and would order again. I got hamachi nigiri and would also order that again. I wouldn't be able to comment on the soft crab appetizer or the oyster shooters but this place is a decent stop for sushi in the area. The staff might have had an off night when we stopped by but we were a larger group with several different tabs so that might have been a little frustrating to deal with.

Go to Gojira for ramen - bit of a drive. However - once over the ramen craving I dug into the menu. Very typical Japanese dishes and sushi. All looked wonderful. I chose the poke as the description was "with five fish". For $20 I was hoping for more fish then rice and thought he bowl was smallish there was only fish in it. The taste was amazing - a light sauce to allow the fresh fish to come through. Accompanied by Edamame which was fine - just the right balance of doneness and salt. Over all a great experience, pretty crowded so get a reservation or expect a wait. I was alone so sat at the bar with a few locals there to get their regular. Enjoy!!

Since I ordered on a screen, can't really say much about service. But, they did make our drinks pretty fast. We ended up getting the strawberry pro and acai you. But when we happened upon this gem, we praised halleluiah because we could not get enough of it. While some may be frightened by the menu filled with "that appears to be overly healthy and can't taste good" first jitters, I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised by the taste! LOVED the Altitude-ade - purified H2O, lemon, orange, agave, and Himalayan salt Feel the Beet - beets, carrot, apple, lemon, ginger and the Glow - carrot, pineapple, lemon, ginger, turmeric (both good, but preferred the altitude-ade) Now onto the bowls: 10/10 The Dragon bowl - pure dragonfruit, banana, mango, pineapple, cold-pressed apple, topped with house-made gluten-free granola, banana slices, hemp seeds, bee pollen and honey (and prefer over the apple crumble bowl) Patagonia Bowl - 15/10, ate every bite. Small seating area inside and just an easy chill vibe. Inside they also have ordering kiosks that make it super easy. Double-like that they have an easy online ordering platform too!

I also tried the $10 Limoncello, which strong & sweet, which got my friend drunk off one haha. Masterpiece pizza was super yummy and filling. Medium size comes with 8 slices that could feed 2-3ppl (4-5 if you get another dish too). Dough is thick and fluffy, and you can't go wrong with a meat combo w/ mushroom & bell peppers! Caesar salad was the other star of the night, very light & refreshing to go with the heavy pizza. Everything else was just alright. Buffalo wings were small and light on sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo was super basic, as if it was a frozen microwaveable dish. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the pizza, salad, and drinks if there's a sporting event to watch that night! I'd pass on everything else there.
