The taste seemed diluted across all the items from the shrimp in the vermicelli to the fish sauce and hoisin sauce for spring rolls. This was not the case with banh mi although the pork seemed too sweet and sauce had a thick corn starch feel. The fried spring roll in my vermicelli noodle dish did taste like the deep fryer oil had not been changed in awhile. That being said, I think if the vermicelli noodle dish had a stronger fish sauce, sauce then it would have been more flavorful but maybe that is a regional thing for owner. It was alot of food but finished with a bloated feeling. Kinda like when you eat at a Chinese buffet and you know some weird additives were added to food to create an unnatural full sensation.
