I go at least once a week. The sesame and general tso chicken is by far the best I've ever had!

Stopped in for dinner after a long day. The food was good. I ordered the teriyaki chicken but the waitress let me know a few minutes later that they were out. So went with swarms chicken. It was probably the best sesame chicken I have ever had. I ordered a pina colada bubble tea to go. I had never had one and I can tell you it was a Pleasant surprise it had these little gel bubbles in the bottom and it was like a creamy custard piña colada flavor with a huge straw. This is definitely a restaurant that you cannot go wrong with the food is good the waitstaff is pleasant and professional and the kitchen is quick and the prices are wonderful 99% of everything is under 10 Dollars, great place for lunch or dinner. read more

No gluten free menu although it is stated on the menu to ask. The duck and wonton soup tasted more like wet lettuce and water with super bland noodles. There was a little duck and only one wonton. Usually they ask about how spicy something should be served but the server didn't. My date's Panang Curry came out super hot and apparently had no peanut flavor to it. Even asking for extra peanut sauce she couldn't finish it. Also upon leaving I got a glimpse into the kitchen - disgusting. Dont come to town much but if I did I won't come back here. read more

I was bit unsure about this place at first, seeing as the place is very dim and the decor is awful. They have some strings with decor hanging from the ceiling and it is pretty tacky. The pictures on the wall with the young Thai girls are great, but the rest of the decor makes the place feel very dim and run down. However, the owner (and chef) was very attentive. I asked him for help on choosing what to eat seeing I had never tried Thai before. When I had selected the Crying Tiger Steak, I was pleased to find out that he would cook the food to the requested spiciness. My boyfriend ordered sesame chicken with chow mein. My grandfather ordered beef and broccoli. Everything came out insanely fresh and hot. I sampled the Sesame chicken and it was good, maybe a bit bland, but the rice mixed with the sauce was surprisingly good. The breading on the chicken was good. The Chow Mein was good as well. My steak came to the table on a steaming plate and was literally cooking as I ate it. It was cooked just right, and had obviously been marinated long enough for the flavour to set in. The spices over the top were just right, not too hot at all for me! I actually took the jucies and steak and mixed it in the rice, it was just too good. I took that home with me. Service was prompt, nice, and helpful. I was not a big fan of the broccoli and beef, but I will be returning with friends to sample everything possible from the menu. read more

Not a bad place to eat. Price is decent. Drunken Noodle was average, nothing special about the taste. Mango and sticky rice was not good. read more

A great Thai restaurant here in Murfreesboro. We had pork larb, pad see ew, and tamarind duck. Could not have had a better lunch. read more

Food is average Thai food. First time I went, it was decent, and the second time it was just okay. I got pad Thai the second time. It smelled weird and tasted okay. I will not be going back. The high inflated prices (which are much higher than the prices on the pictures of the menu online) are not worth the level of quality you get. There are places with better reviews in town that I will try. Even though I am less than 5 minutes away from Thai Spice, I would rather drive to Lebanon to Bangkok Pad Thai than eat here again. That is the best Thai food I have ever found and the prices are so much better that I would probably save money burning the gas to go out to Lebanon. read more

One of my all time favorites in Murfreesboro! Best Tom Kha Gai soup in town. I also love the Pad Ka Pow Beef dish with the fried egg on top. The food is fresh and hot and consistently delicious. This place is a no brainer if you want great Thai food. My only wish is that it were closer to my place. But if your visiting MTSU for any reason, these guys are just around the corner. I would highly recommend Thai Spice to my friends and family. read more

This is my favorite Thai restaurant. I enjoy coming to Thai spice. The Pad Kee Mao is my favorite.

Pretty good food and good service. Good variety of lunch specials. Had better Thai food back home in n CA though. read more

Cannot go wrong with the Shrimp Pad Thai!! Best Shrimp Pad Thai in the Boro hands down!!! I've honestly eaten this dish from every Thai food restaurant here and I rate Thai Spice in first place. Spiciness level 2 is what I usually go with. I tried level 3 once...never again. I couldn't take the heat. Lol. Also, Spicy Tamarind Fish and Sesame Fish are delicious! read more

Pretty decent food. Had a decent wait but it was worth it. In ordered general tso chicken and really liked JT.

Hands down the best thai food in the Boro. The pricing is a little high for dinner, stick with lunch time. There is a cute little family that owns it, and their adorable daughters are frequently running around practicing dance steps and such. read more

I love the food, but I so wish their service was better. We often have errors in our take out orders. When I went in today, there were no customers in the dining room, and 6 of their 11 tables had dirty dishes on them. Since they remodeled, it looks nice, but they need to clean more often. And today there was a girl walking in and out of the kitchen without wearing a mask. Not what you want to see in the peek of the Covid crisis. read more

The people are very nice. The food is delicious, authentic Thai food. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, a wonderful lunch spot or casual dinner. Would recommend. read more

I just recently moved to Murfreesboro from boring old Gordonsville in the middle of March. After I moved in, Chris told me there was a good Thai restaurant just around the corner from where I now live, so we went for dinner. I got the BBQ Pork and Wonton Soup. It is so delicious with perfect spices and flavors. It was so good that I went again two days later after work when I was feeling sick. I also got wontons as an appetizer my second visit. In fact, they had made two servings of wontons and gave the second serving to me for free to take home. I went again just last night and it was just as delicious. I'm so happy to have a good Thai restaurant just around the corner. read more

I have eaten here once and do not plan on coming back. Neither food nor service was good. My order was not made as requested, request for the condiments was ignored as well. The drunken noodles dish lacked taste, noodles were very thin yet very undercooked and chewy. The fried rice was so bland that I think it was probably the worst I've eaten at any Thai restaurant. The egg drop soup was ok I will not be returning. read more

Disappointing. The green curry was so hot even though I asked for mild. The spiciness overwhelmed the curry flavor. I will not eat there again. read more

This has become one of my family's all-time favorite places. We have to actively stop ourselves from going more than once a week. Service has always been great and the food is wonderful! read more

This is my favorite place to eat in Murfreesboro. I probably go here two to three times a week to eat. It's not expensive, the food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend the yellow curry! This is also a great place for vegetarians! read more

Awesome. My spot! Has a great authentic taste and levels to the spice true style. It's not a 5 star type of restaurant, it is that local family-ran quality dine-in Asian food place. read more

Always good and consistent. Close to MTSU and has great Chicken Red Curry. Really love the spring roll that comes with the lunch portion.

Best Thai food in Nashville/Murfreesboro Area. Pad Thai is great.

This is a great restaurant. it is my favored place to get take-out. The vegetable pad thai is good and the vegetable rolls are delicious. The family that owns the restaurant are friendly and helpful. They are quick with the cooking and the service. read more

Great Thai food for the area! They will always change recipes to fix your diet. I love the low mein and pad thai. The service is always great too. read more

My husband and I were craving bubble tea, so we ordered some to-go. It took a total of 40 minutes to get our order. The waitress did not let us know that they didn't have any bubbles ready and would have to cook some. Usually, restaurants let you know these things ahead of time to see if you still want to order that. So, I waited with my screaming baby in the car while Hubby waited inside. After about 20 minutes, he asked her if the teas were ready and that's when she mentioned having to cook the bubbles. The restaurant was not busy at all. So, when she gave him the teas, they had chunks of ice in them and maybe 5 bubbles in each tea. We were so upset because we had wasted all that time. The waitress didn't even seem apologetic about our wait. We will not be returning here. I recommend Taste of Thai...friendlier staff and better food (including bubble tea!) read more

There are 4 Thai restaurants in Murfreesboro. This place is hands down the best! Will for sure be coming back! Very cute and quaint!

Small cute place, family run. Food is great! Recommend the pad see ew, pad kee mao (drunken noodles), or the pad krapow. If you don't feel adventurous, the lomein is good. Pad thai is sweeter than most but almost always the portions are generous. They offer gluten free rice and general tsos and have other vegetarians options. They have bubble tea which is worth trying out. Overall a wonderful thai place. read more

The food is just incredible. WoW delicious. This is our second visit - and we were planning on coming here often to try all the menu items. Here's the problem - I went back and peeked into the kitchen. So filthy - just can't do it. Eventually someone will get sick. It won 't be me. read more

Not enough coconut milk or curry in the red curry. Had to flag down the waitess in this very small not busy restaurant to get a refill on our drinks. Disappointed, because we love Thai food. read more

Didn't impress me very much, the outside is under construction which is not the fault of the resturant, however the inside tables and chairs are extremely old and the decor is dated. We both choose the PANANG CURRY which according to the menu had Bamboo shoots one of my favorites, neither of our dishes contained one shoot, when I questioned the server she she answered 'oh sorry about that' however the curry was very tasty, don't think we will return read more

I ordered delivery from here and not only did I have to go pick up my room temperature food myself after waiting for an hour and a half, but the girl who took my order lied to my girlfriend over the phone and said that it was already out for delivery before I even got into the restaurant. I waited an hour after I placed my order, then I called back to check on the status. A man answers the phone and asks me to hold while he finds the girl who took my order. He puts the phone down and I can hear background noise for over 10 minutes before I hang up. I tried calling back multiple times, but it was busy (I assumed because the phone was still sitting off the hook). Finally, I decided to just drive there to see what's going on because I was starving. When I get there, I see a younger girl busing a table, not looking very busy. I speak to the man behind the counter and he says to the girl, "I told you to answer the phone!" and she walks away. He goes to the back and grabs my food off the counter and I pay for it. As I'm getting in my car, I notice a text from my girlfriend that says she got through to the restaurant and the girl who took our order told her that the delivery guy was already out with our food and should be there any minute. The receipt said the cashier's name was Natacha so that might have been her. read more

Great food but really slow service. Fried tofu option for us vegetarians and vegans is awesome.

While I've never had anything that I've disliked there, when I brought home takeout for dinner tonight, I found a roach in the food. Enough said. Won't be returning. read more

Consistently good food, always great service. My take-out had a mistake and they fixed it quickly, even adding a free spring roll order.

Food and service was good. The summer rolls with plum sauce was very tasty! Pho was alright...I've had better, so that's why I wasn't too impressed. Overall, the restaurant was clean, the food had flavor, and the staff was very friendly. read more

I have been to Thai Spice several times and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The servers have always been attentive, but not over the top. I have had the Pad Thai, the Wonton Soup, the Spring Rolls and the food is always good, warm and just the right amount of heat. Please give this place a try. read more

Great food! Exceeded my expectations. The kids loved it too!

I went to this place to order a lunch special sesame chicken. The portions was very small and all the owner said was "sorry" I couldn't get a refund so I spent 8 dollars in the end to not be full. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're okay with small portions. read more
