Been passing by this place for a couple of years. Finally went with my daughter when we were looking for someplace new. Was really impressed, great food, good service, nice venue. Owner and son were in starched white dress shirts with bowties, full tablecloth and place settings, very classy. Oh and the food was superb. Absolutly will be going back. And prices were very reasonable. read more

The best Thai in the area. I've been going to Thai Stellar in the same shopping strip as Cuisine of India before they moved to the end of the Nasa Bypass. I think they moved related to the plumbing problem. I swear Thai Stellar is beginning to have same issue. I was lucky to give this place a chance. I always ask what the most popular dishes are then decide whether to return. I was impressed. The eggplant had a sweet ginger sauce that was amazing. I loved the crunchy peanut toppings along with the green onion. There's something about a light sweet crunchy flavor to start the evening. Then came the citrus blend of raw vegetables with the salad. Finally, both my partner and I enjoyed sharing each others entrée. The spiciness of his duck and my sweet noodles and crunchy cashew chicken made us both having happy palates. The owner came out at the end to ask us if we enjoyed the meal...."of course and we'll be back!! " read more

Great local spot for Thai food! Service can sometimes be slow on the weekends but it's because of all the attention to detail to deliver on their food. My favorite is the pad Kee Mao- drunken noodles read more

Good noodles and even greater service. The soups are delicious and the pad Thai is delicious. I liked the chicken. Beef has a slight "artificial" taste to it - maybe just that day. The satays are sometimes burnt. Good place nonetheless. read more

Great service and good Thai food. I will remember when I think of Alex the hurricane

With so many choices for restaurants this one should be your last choice for Thai, even below thai spice, the food is mediocre, decore is bad, and the service is less than one star. Standard foods like green curry chicken were done poorly. Most were too spicy to discern the taste, and the waiter/owner said this is thai food, he also pushed my step son back to put the food down without saying anything. He was very rude. read more

Get the fried lobster!! You will not be disappointed!! Its huge and beyond delicious!! The service is also amazing! Highly recommend this place! We were in the area out of town on business and just happen to go here because it was close. Great lunch specials too! read more

Very inexpensive lunch and the good was fresh and tasty! Don't expect your food to come out in 5 minutes like at other Thai places. Thai Seafood takes their time, and the presentation is so cute. (Rice comes out in the shape of a heart). I'll definitely come back another time. read more

Watch out with your receipt and the manager was rude and charge me more and the food wasn't even fresh

Don't let the looks fool you!! This place is one of the best values of any restaurant I have ever been to. I don't know how this guy does it but he has made the best tasting food for the price. The lunch specials are perfect and the entrees are well presented. I eat here as often as I can. read more

This place is the best. I always get the Pad Ke Mao. I know I probably spelled that wrong, but anyhoot, this place has great food and the customer service is warm and excellent. They make you feel cozy. read more

The meal was very nice, mint spring rolls are wonderful and the pad Thai fabulous. The wait staff are very friendly.

We've been here many times and the food is always excellent! We'll continue to return. I like hot spicy food but I always order the mild because the hot is really hot! Nice inside, very comfortable atmosphere. When I was waiting for my carry out they served me iced tea. Nice touch! read more

On our way to Nasa, we stopped by this place for a quick lunch. To our surprise, service was really good and the workers were super friendly. On top of that you get lot of food for your money. Eventhough we ordered simple (and cheap) lunch menu, it came with a bowl of soup and a plate of salad. I am deducting one star because the food was little salty for my taste. Overall satisfied. read more

The building looks old, but this restaurant itself is quite pretty. Food is good, price is not high, service is professional. Can't be better for a local restaurant read more

We went there yesterday Thursday night about 8:45 pm. I was little skeptical but my one of my family had been here before and they convinced me to go. I was pleasantly surprised at everything inside. The tables are white linen, China and silverware laid down like a more formal place. It is family run so not much waitstaff or even "English speaking" wait staff. It was just the owner in a bow and a girl. Service was good. The owner/waiter at times did seem a little gruff, sore and too stressed out (I know its hard running a restaurant and thats the reason u hire cheerful, preppy wait staff). We ordered all vegetarian, and it was great. The Tofu Satay, spring rolls, everything excellent fresh food, nicely prepared, beautifully served. Will definitely go again. One of the best Thai food I have ever eaten. Price was a little expensive for all vegetarian and potions were decent. read more

We found this place via Yelp and even with some poor reviews we tired it for ourselves. So Happy that we did. The poor reviews are old or just from folks that had a bad time. We have a great time. The food was amazing. The staff was very kind, friendly and prompt with food and refills. I wasn't sure what to get since the menu was overwhelming to say the least. Huge selection. Huge! Over all we had a very nice time. Yes the staff dressed in black tie and white shirts was a nice touch. The wine goblets with water was sweet too. Rice served in heart shapes was fun. Even with kids at other tables in the restaurant we had a nice time. I'd agree that it comes off as a place for couples, but with families there, all are welcome. Good food and kind friendly service is always a win, win. We will go back. read more

I've done quite a bit of traveling and this restaurant is by far my favorite Thai restaurant I have ever been too! I get the shrimp prik pao and add tofu .. It's incredible if you like a healthy, delicious, fresh dish! It is on the spicier side but they can make it more or less spicy! SOOO good!!! Also, the fresh mint spring rolls with the peanut sauce is heavenly!!!!!! Everyone must go to Thai seafood it is SOOO delicious ! read more

The best Thai food ever !!! Delicious food served by very pleasing waitresses. Good environment and great food !

By far one of the strangest experiences I've had with a waiter. Went in to an empty restaurant with a girl friend just at 5:15 pm...assuming they were just opening for dinner. My first time dining here & I wasn't familiar with the menu so I had a few questions for the waiter...an older gentleman...very slim with glasses. I asked him what a particular sauce was and he explained very quickly what the ingredients were. I said thank you...maybe I'll try that another time and I went back to looking at the menu and said I needed another minute or two. He got sooooo annoyed and said something to effect of why do you ask if you're going to try it a different time...now next time you'll ask again and I'll have to explain to you again. Wow...so I can take a joke and I assumed he was being playful but he kept commenting. I joked back promising that I'd try to remember and I wouldn't ask him the next time. He leaves the table however when he came back to take our orders - he commented (seemingly annoyed ) on my previous question re: sauce again. Ok...so...now I"M the one who's annoyed and I said "dont worry, I learned my lesson and won't ask you anymore questions"...I ordered an app to play safe but I was not impressed with the food on top of the strange waiter experience. He sent a young waiter out to serve us and pour our waters and to bring our bill. We didn't see the angry waiter anymore...which was fine by me. I will not return. My friend was not happy with her meal either and we left most of our food on the plates when we left. Thai Stellar has much better food! read more

HOLY COW BAT MAN!!! I like hot food so i asked about the 1 2 or 3 pepper flavors, 1 is mild, so i asked about 3 pepers thinking that restaurant hot isn't really hot and our waiter said "no not to hot" so i went for 3 . we got the fried eggplant and that was great then our food came, 2 bits and i was on fire, my stomach was turning cart wheels and I cant be positive but i think they killed any stages of colon cancer that may have been forming in my body. i couldn't eat but 3 bites, and took the rest home for a later attempt. even cold the food was tooooo hhoootttt!! I know what your thinking, it was my fault and yes your right , but wow!! it took my stomach 2 days to settle down and with 1 bite of left over at day 3 ......upset again, they should make rocket fuel for NASA!! Now with all kidding to the side (no im not kidding) i will be back because thru the heat, spice, hurt and pain....i could taste some amazing flavors, but next time only 1 or 2 for me, im not going to take the #3 death spice challenge again. read more

I get nostalgic every time I think of this place. Now this place doesn't compare to Thailand or the Thai food you can find in NYC or SF, but who cares you are in Clear Lake. I think this place was the first place I ever had Thai food. The prices are amazing for lunch (highly recommended) and there was a point in growing up where I went here all the time and they definitely recognized me and my family. I even remember once I didn't come with my dad and they asked how he was. Great service hands down. read more

the food was alright. only had 2-3 tables when we were there and two servers. service could have been better taking that into account. portions could have been a little bigger comparatively to the price. read more

This is the best Thai restaurant in the area. the service is great and the staff is friendly. For the amount of serving per plate, the prices are definitely on the higher end. read more

They have the worst, most terrible customer service ever. They are so rude to their customers and treat them disrespectfully. I would never ever go back to this place. They need to take lessons on how to run a restaurant. read more

Greatest place for Thai food! Clean, friendly, delicious food prepared to perfection! Highly recommend.

Had the panang curry mussels and they were fantastic. Very nice waitstaff as well. Highly recommend.

Thai Seafood is the real deal! Thai owned, Thai service, and Thai cook, order in Thai if you can! I have been eating there 13 years. White tablecloth service is refreshing in a part of town known for its eat-scrape-n-go service. Dinner items are the best, especially Mango Curry Fried Snapper and Curry Lobster. Avoid busy times if possible, the small staff can get overwhelmed. If you call ahead, and if know what you are doing, you can order off the menu Thai specialties! Lunch is okay, usually busy, so go early. Thai Seafood is not a fast food restaurant, if you are in a hurry, order to go ahead of time. Most dishes are spicy, even when you ask to cool it down! read more

Excellent food. Superb service. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had lunch. The specials included tasty soup, salad with peanut dressing, and spring roll. Great value and beautiful presentation. read more

I got the Pad Thai but it was very saucy. The atmosphere was not the usual! Staff was great though!

Once upon a time this was a 4 star place, but now it's not. The owner is rude, the food is served luke warm and takes way too long to get to the table, and the service stinks-even when there are not many tables. read more

STAY AWAY!! Horrible food and Horrible service! It's way overpriced. You will be throwing your money away. You are better off going to a thai place inside a mall food court! This place needs to be inspected by the Department of Public Health!! read more

My family has been going to this restaurant for years and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Their lunch specials are awesome - tasty salads, wonderful spicy lunch entrees - and all for 6.95 WITH a linen tablecloth. Dinners are always outstanding - my son loves the soft shell crab - they can turn on or off the heat however you would like it. If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this is the place to go - beats Nit Noi and several other Thai restaurants that I really like in Houston but BOY Clear Lake sure is lucky to have this restaurant. The owner is a wonderful kind man - always asks about out kids when my husband and I dine alone and his restaurant has never failed to disappoint us - if you are looking for a great dining experience at a reasonable price - this is the place to go. read more

If you are a vegetarian and also love Thai food. Try the Vegetable Curry Basil Excellent!

Ate here for the second time last night. Excellent food and service. This is a good place for a first date. White table cloths and cloth napkins. Quiet enough for intimate conversation. Prices surprisingly low to moderate. One caveat though: items marked on the menu as spicy are very spicy. I have no reservation at all suggesting that you will enjoy yourself if you have dinner here. read more
