    Pad Thai
    Jia-Lian L.

I got the pad Thai and my friend got the drunken noodle. I got to try some of her drunken noodle and the spice level option was put to spicy, which is the second most spicy option. It was indeed spicy and it made me have to drink some water quite a lot. Maybe I would get mild next time. I love spicy but as much as I hate to admit it, I'm not as good with spice as I'd like. It was for sure tasty. The pad Thai was good as well. I wish it had more peanut crumbs and lime with it though. Aside from that, i seemed to taste more tomato flavor than I'm used to. I think I enjoyed the drunken noodle a tad bit more

This is my favorite takeout spot in Bushwick. Everything is packaged well and the food is always hot when i pick it up. I got the massaman curry with tofu and it was delicious. Love this place so much!

Really fast service and good price for the amount of food plus you get an appetizer with your meal. The meat to noodle ratio is great especially for a lunch special. I do wish the noodles were a little bit saucier but still good.

Found this little place hidden away in Buchwock and completely fell in love with the food. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lady who served me who was extremely friendly. I loved how the restaurant is very casual and quiet. I ordered curry puffs, calamari and ginger chicken. All were amazing it was so much food I ended up taking half home since I couldn't finish it. The calamari was cooked well and came with a sweet dipping sauce, curry puff as were crunchy on the outside and soft on the insode and had a good flavor, the ginger chicken was amazing and came with a big side of rice. def coming back here on a date if i ever find someone to date me lol.

Was in the neighborhood for the first time and looking for dinner. I ordered Street Noodles (Kaur Gai) because I never tried it, and now I couldn't recommend it more! I dined in the cozy shop, and my dish came out within 5 minutes. Super fast. Very flavorful without feeling greasy and nice spice levels. Extremely kind staff as well.

    Pad Pak Ruam Lunch Special

I ordered two lunch specials today. Each lunch special is supposed to come with an appetizer; fried vegetable dumplings were selected for both orders. Thai Ros Thip had the nerve to send one burnt old tasting and looking dumpling in a bag per order. It tasted like it had been cooked and sat there for hours, then reheated and sat out for hours again...Disgusting. I bit it and spit it out! The inside was mushy and nasty. Not only did they try to pass off serving one dumpling as a appetizer, they had the nerve to send one old mushy dumpling per meal. On to the meals.... Each meal had shrimp as the protein. They put 4 shrimps per meal which is less than any Thai place that I have ever tried. The string beans in the Pad Pak Ruam were not fully cooked and overall the meal barley had any flavor at all. The sauce tasted like brown liquid with no seasoning. The sauce Shrimp Ginger Sautéed Meal had a bit of flavor simply because it had ginger in it. I don't know if their food is horrible like this everyday or today they just missed the mark. This order left me immediately regretting not ordering from one of the Thai restaurants that I typically support and instead wanting to try something new... Yuck

Ordered delivery from here for lunch and was super satisfied. They give a decent sized portion & the food was very flavorful. I got veggie pad see ew & shrimp tempura. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly.

I asked to sub rice for noodles because one of my kids is a rice pot (can't go without rice) and requested extra sauce, which they kindly provided. The set meals are a fantastic deal; a full size entree, an appetizer and a drink for $19-20. An extra order of noodles is $2.50 and it's really double the amount of noodles that comes in your entree. I also ordered their new dish with has abalone and sea cucumber; this is not part of a set meal. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has that umami sweetness that comes from a great soup base and the noodles are delicious as usual. The abalone was tender, the sea cucumber had a bite to it. There was fish maw and wood ear in there as well.

I've tried the fish maw soup rice noodles, and the tom yum soup noodles - both have good broth, but the tom yum was spicy and hot in temperature, so it was hard to eat it quickly. My mom tried the Chicken Fish Maw soup noodles and thought the chicken was not of the best quality, so I'd avoid that in the future. They have set meals that come with a side and drink, but those limit you to three options. I got sold on buying the gift cards to maximize spend, so I have a few more visits. I'm looking forward to trying the dry noodles because summer is just around the corner!

To start, I ordered their matcha lemonade, which was super refreshing with a well-balanced matcha flavor. The curry flavor was subtle and paired really well with the parmesan cheese, giving them a savory depth without being overpowering. For my main, I had their steak ramen, which was a collaboration they were featuring at the time, and it's probably one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the steak was cooked perfectly, the egg was beautifully seasoned, and the shoestring potatoes added such a great crunch. I'm honestly going to be dreaming about that ramen. I'd highly recommend making a reservation. This place is absolutely worth it.

I tried the wontons in spicy peanut sauce. It was different because I'm use to chili wontons. The spicy peanut sauce wasn't spicy. However, the real negative here is the operations. It is a chaotic mess for the volume they are trying to do. It's not about adding more manpower, it's about streamlining. Tables are sitting empty while people are on the waitlist (not due to reservations), orders are going to the wrong tables, to-go orders are in disarray and have to be re-verified on multiple orders, and it takes a long time to get some water. The Yelp waitlist is useless here - wait was supposed to be 5-10 minutes and it turned into almost 40. All this could have been avoided with more planning, better organization, and training. Kitchen staff doing their job well. Front of house needs work.
