The griot was delicious. Just crunchy enough on the outside and tender on the inside. The black rice was a little disappointing, but nothing major. I love black rice, but it lacked flavor. Luckily they give you a side of gravy, which was tasty. I should've taken the girl at the counter up on her offer to get an extra side of gravy. I still devoured everything though. It also came with fried plantain. I'm not a huge fan of unsweet plantain, but it was good when I added the picklez to it.
