We were passing through town on our way to a different destination and decided to stop here at the recommendation of Yelp. When we came in, we were greeted and we were seated quickly. Our drink orders were taken shortly thereafter. About 10 minutes after our drinks arriving we were asked if we had an order. We placed our order and waited and waited and waited. The food finally arrived and it was delicious to be fair, but I don't feel like it should've taken 30 minutes to get noodle dishes out on the table. The place was not very busy so that couldn't be the explanation. Nevertheless, I am giving this establishment four stars because overall the food was delicious. The decor was pretty, and the servers and staff were all very polite. I would love to see them work on their timing in the kitchen.

I can't believe more people aren't talking about the musaman curry?! My husband and I eat here often and try ordering at least one new dish each time. I have been relying on reviews here to pick my next meal and needed to let everyone know how delicious the musaman is. It is the perfect in between... doesn't quite have the spice of green or red curry, but has a little more depth than yellow. 10/10. Try it next time! Pictured as well is the spicy catfish. My husband rates it an 8.5. Great dish, but not his #1.

Who doesn't love a good Thai restaurant?! Thai Rama is easy to miss heading down Truman but keep an eye out for their sign. The parking lot is small, so you may need to park on the street. The inside of the restaurant is a bit bare and lacks character, however the quality of their food makes up for it. Be aware when you are dining in that the service can be slow. The star of the show was the Nam Tok beef plate that my husband ordered. It is deliciously spicy, sour, and salty. I love the garnishment of cilantro and shallots. The panang curry I ordered was not very flavorful and the potatoes were mushy. I would definitely order the Nam Tok ten times over, but skip the curry.

This is the Penang with Tofu. Delicious!!

We have been here many times over the years. Most times, the food and service were excellent. This time as well. We had the Tom Ka soup and papaya salad, both excellent! Also the Pad Thai and Panang Curry, again really wonderful. We don't usually order more than 2 dishes, but we wanted to have more to take home afterwards as it is always so good. Of course the staff were incredible as well. We were disappointed as we didn't see Carl, Kaleb or Sam as it was their days off. If you want great food and service, go there and you won't be disappointed.

Everything flowed smoothly from start to finish thanks to our server and her team. The khao soi is a must. It's easily one of my favorite versions in St. Louis. The flavors came together beautifully, and every single person at the table loved it. My second favorite was the drunken noodles. It's one of their most popular dishes for good reason, and it was one of the first plates to disappear. The pad see ew was good but lacked a little for me. Tip: go for spice level four. We ordered everything at level three, and it leaned on the milder side. We also tried the tom yum soup with seafood, which was solid, just not my personal favorite. The Thai iced tea was delicious too. Overall, nothing bad to say about Pad Thai. It's truly a great spot to bring family and friends for good eats!

I ordered Miso soup and my usual Drunken Noodle with chicken, add tomato, minus carrot. My server, Kammie, i think. was friendly but being so busy the service was slow. I overheard they were increasing the kitchen size so maybe that is what they need, I have been in when it was busy in the dining room before but the amount of people coming in for takeout was crazy! The Miso soup was really good; I love soup even on a hot day! It had pieces of seaweed and cubes of tofu, and the flavor was deep and full of umami. The drunken noodle dish is always good; I love the veggies in it so much I am thinking when I go back I might skip the chicken altogether! Can't wait to see what the renovations bring!

This wonderfully decorated restaurant that was filled with Asian culture was awesome. I can't…read morebelieve how awesome it was. They had some very nice pieces of Asian Art all throughout the place. The food was great. The presentation was exceptional. The soup was delicious. The spring rolls were delicious. The heavenly beef was very good. It was some type of beef jerky. The pad Thai rice was good with just enough spice. I asked for a 2 for the spice level. The customer service was great. Our server did a great job. I believe they said he was the owner. He checked on us often. He offered suggestions. He kept our drinks full. He was very personable. Additionally he had a wonderful since if humor. I left very impressed and full. Everything was reasonably priced. There is parking in front. The one area in which they need some improvements was the restroom. It needed to be updated to reflect the rest of the restaurant.

Ambience is a typical strip mall restaurant, but definitely on the better side. Service was friendly and despite a few minor snafus - which they handled with grace - service was good. I would rather have a service snafu handled with grace than a perfect service from an attitudinal jerk, wouldn't you? The food is where it shines. Check out the specials. We had a couple of specials and a couple of items off the menu. We split all of it and took home leftovers. The first special we got as an appetizer was Thai crab cakes. These were crab cakes not so fake breadcrumbed sugary nightmare. Real crab with almost no filler. They were small and fried (no greasy). Served with a flavorful red curry sauce that was delicious and complex. Topped with flash fried fresh basil. This was a perfect dish. We also had fresh spring rolls, pad prik with chicken, and crab fried rice. It was all delicious. The crab fried rice is also real crab. With two pepsi colas and a good tip, it was still under $80. Highly recommend. .

It is one of the best Thai foods we have had. Every food we got tasted delicious. And it was very clean, particularly the facilities. And the service was good. I wanted to grab a few items for lunch, and I love having some Thai street food, which equates to appetizers at most Thai restaurants, so I ordered a few apps. They were not good. 1. Fried Calamari - it was soaked in oil and not pleasant to eat. 2. Chicken Satay - bland and dry AF, and the peanut dipping sauce, meant to compliment it, was soupy and bland. 3. Grilled Pork (Moo Ping) - was ok. Probably, the only item that saved it from a 1-star. 4. Spring Rolls (Egg Roll) - I didn't know fried food could be so bland. I needed to soak it in the sweet chili dipping sauce to even eat it. 5. Sticky Rice - it was fine. I mean, this item is hard to mess up. All above for 90+ US dollars. That's about 2700+ Thai Baht! When street food items in Thailand costs between 30-100 Thai Baht, because it's meant to be accessible to everyone. Anyhow, I digress, everything fried was drenched in cooking oil, and mind you I did not get any main entrees, so maybe I'm wrong about their food? But if the appetizers are a bit sub par, who's to say how their main dishes would taste. Of note, it's under new management and I've never visited this location before today, hoping it's just a fluke. If I visit again, I'll update this review :)
