Spicy Tuna Roll, Black Mamba Roll, Crab Ragoon, and steak Hibachi. - A white rectangular plate features multiple sushi rolls, including fried and topped varieties, with garnishes like pickled ginger and wasabi in the center. The sushi is wrapped in seaweed and includes ingredients such as avocado and possibly tempura. The plate is placed on a dark wooden table, with other dishes and a person using a smartphone visible in the background, indicating a restaurant setting.

This location is great for any kind of sushi. They have excellent fish that is fresh. Clean inside. The service was 5 Star. Overall, a great spot to grab some food!

a man and a woman sitting at a table - The image shows an interior wall of a restaurant with the phrase "I need more sushi" written in large, black cursive and block letters. Below the text, there is a simple illustration of sushi rolls on a plate. A hanging pendant light with a patterned shade illuminates part of the wall. To the right, a window reveals a parked car outside, and a small wall-mounted shelf with decorative flowers is visible. The scene includes part of a table with numbered place cards and people seated nearby.

Kasabi offers so much on the menu! I highly enjoy the beef ramen, I always spice but seriously, watch out. This spice they use is NO JOKE. I can handle spice but whatever they use is scorching. I can handle spice level 3 at Thai but here even a 1 is gunna get you . Always a delicious flavor, bringing me back each time. The sushi menu is top tier & you gotta try the tuna tataki app. I could eat just that for my meal. Walk up to the counter & order, they'll bring your meal out to you. Super convenient! They also take reservations which is 50/50 for me. Some nights it's crazy & some nights you have the place to yourself. Very clean always, & it's never awkward because they have grunt music playing. Try them out.

A genuinely delightful surprise nestled in Festus, Missouri. The service was outstanding, fast, and friendly. The restaurant has a great vibe to it with charming decor and a spacious dining area. The sushi, which was the main reason for the trip, was outstanding and highly recommended. Everything tasted fresh, was well plated, and filled with umami. Truly a gem in Southeastern Missouri.

Appetizer tuna tataki - A black oval plate holds slices of seared tuna tataki, arranged on a bed of greens. The plate includes lemon wedges, a small portion of pickled ginger, and shredded daikon or similar garnish. A white square dish contains a dark soy-based dipping sauce. The presentation is on a dark wooden table, typical of a sushi or Japanese restaurant setting.

Festus has a new sushi restaurant And it a gem! We'll be back soon!!!!! if you love sushi this is where you wanna go. There's not many places in this area have this type of cuisine.

Seafood Ramen with egg. - A bowl of ramen contains tempura shrimp, sliced boiled egg, chopped green onions, leafy greens, bamboo shoots, and slices of fish cake with pink swirls. The broth is visible beneath the toppings. The bowl is placed on a wooden table with condiments such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and a blue water bottle in the background.

Fresh, tasty food! The seafood ramen is one of my favorites! Mmmmm tempura shrimp! As for sushi, really enjoyed the Festus roll with mango! The nice thing about this place is that you can hate sushi (my friend used to call it "bait"ha) but still find plenty of cooked food here to love: egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoon, dumplings (gyoza), stir fries and noodle dishes!

The best sushi around Festus by far! Hibatchi food but they don't cook in front of you. Kid friendly and easy parking for any size vehicle. If you have more than 7 in your party I would advise calling ahead. Dining room isn't real big. Highly recommend this place. Very good food all around.

Crystal roll. (One of their most popular) - A sushi roll with several pieces arranged in a line on a long white plate. The roll is topped with mayonnaise, eel sauce, and black sesame seeds, with additional sauces drizzled over the plate. The background shows a wooden table and a blurred dish with sashimi or similar food. The setting appears to be a restaurant specializing in sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Place looks great. Employees are nice and relatively quick. Most importantly: sushi is great. I recommend the Crystal Roll and the Naruto roll if you like a bit of spice. If you get the ramen, I recommend getting normal strength spice, because they can really bring the heat.

Business Info - The image shows a business card for Kasabi Hibachi, Sushi and Ramen, located at 343 North Creek Drive, Festus, MO. The card includes a logo with stylized waves and a sun, the business name, address, phone number, and email contact. A QR code is present with the instruction to scan for the menu. The design is simple, with green, black, and white colors, and provides essential contact and location information for the restaurant.

Delicious food! This place has it all and is the only place around offering Ramen! We got levels 1 and 2 for spiciness and they HOT! Their spice levels are not for the faint of heart, but service is warm and friendly. We will be back to try even more items.

The noodles are perfectly cooked, the toppings are fresh, and the portions are generous without feeling overdone. It's a small, cozy restaurant, so expect a wait during peak hours -- but trust me, it's worth it. The space feels intimate and authentic, which honestly adds to the charm. Once you're seated and that bowl hits the table, you forget you even waited. If you're in St. Louis and craving real ramen, this is the spot. No question.

My…read moreboyfriend suggested we come here and I was hesitant because I figured there'd be a line and we probably wouldn't get in. When we pulled up, there was a line but it moved quicker than we thought. Once we got inside, we were both surprised at how small it was. While I've yet to go to Japan, it def gives off the vibe strictly from ambiance and the decor. It's small but intimate and offers seats at the "bar", as well as communal seating. We didn't get a choice and were sat at the bar. Ordering is done through the QR code and water is offered self-serve. We split an order of the appetizers: house cucumbers and karaage. I'm not a huge cucumber fan but I tried it. I preferred the one with miso as I found it to be more subtle in taste. The chicken was average and didn't wow me. We each got the chicken shoyu with no pork, no scallions and an extra egg. It felt like it took a long time to get our food. We were both surprised once we got it as we were expecting actual chicken pieces but after rereading the menu description, it was chicken oil. He was a bit disappointed as both our dishes were covered in scallions. I suggested we not send it back since it took quite a while to get our food and they were close to closing. Nevertheless, I found the broth to be tasty and full of flavor despite there being no meat. Overall, it was a solid first visit.
