The noodle texture also ranks among my personal favorites. I believe this is a benefit of serving a small, focused menu. Menyu Rui has earned the hype and is worth the wait. I really, really want to try the Crab Rangoon but the only option is to order six and that is too many even counting leftovers. I wish they offered a smaller option.
