Maybe they been sitting out so long they dry out. This is not the case with them. The gumbo was seasoned just right. It is only chicken and sausage gumbo. Not seafood. The place was busy enough that we were seated upstairs which by the way who knew there was even an upstairs, which was comfortable and quiet. The manager Alan, was also very nice and great at explaining different options on the cold bar. Look forward to seeing both of them again. I recommend the Thai curry broth.
