Offer customers a glass when the bottled beer is delivered. A visit to the table to check on customers is also an opportunity to take away empty bottles, straw wrappers, etc. More than two visits to the table in 10 minutes to ask how things are going can make some customers feel a little 'rushed'. You have a dessert menu. I was not asked whether I was interested in dessert, either there or to go. That was a missed opportunity.
