4/5 food, 2/5 service time. I've never been to AYCE sushi in FoCo before so I was pretty intrigued. It was about $50 for their Premium AYCE option. If you're into sashimi/nigiri and specialty rolls, premium is the way to go. They definitely maximized the space and put seating everywhere they could while still leaving enough space for folx. The servers were kind. In regards to the fish, it's definitely some of the better quality AYCE sushi that I've had. None of it was too fishy and everything was pretty delicious. My favorite thing on the menu had to have been the spicy tuna crispy rice. I'm a sucker for anything spicy tuna, so I was definitely a fan. The appetizers were pretty mid and nothing too special. Just nice to have as some palette cleansers. Only issue my group of 3 had was the wait time in between each round. The dining time limit is 90 minutes, which is what most places do. I expect to get at least 3 rounds in with that timing. It took about 30 minutes for each order to come out. We were there for 2 hours because of this. If you're ready to chow down and looking for a place that can have quick service, this just isn't the place. Would recommend, but maybe it would be a better experience during an off peak time (We got there around 1:15.)

Delicious! Impressed by the quality of sushi and very quick, attentive service. Will be back!

The only regret I have is not dining in and taking full advantage of an all you can eat sushi opportunity. But from what I did get, it wasn't too shabby. Of course, I dipped into sashimi and a little nigiri, all great. This includes soup and seaweed salad. I ordered to go and received the food in a timely manner with friendly staff and an even friendlier departure greeting. If I'm in the area, I will try this spot again and venture out more and dine in.

Fun sitting at the bar watching the chefs sear fish with a blow-torch.

The food is outstanding! It was my first AYCE sushi experience and I'd say if you come hungry it is well worth it. I got the premium menu and felt like I got good value - lots of high quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The servers were busy but helpful. As others have said, it gets busy during dinner so best if you are not in a hurry. I sat at the bar and it was fun to watch the sushi chefs in action. Keep up the good work, Sushi-Fi!

We tried the regular all you can eat for $33 a person. The service seems a little slow, but we were able to eat so much and walked out full! There are dishes i want to try but didn't have the stomach room. Tv had Manga on silent with cc, and the radio was quite loud. Maybe traditional music might be a better option? Staff is friendly and food was good. I don't think there is another restaurant that serves katsudon in Northern Colorado! You can opt for the premium for fancier options, but there is plenty of choice as is. You can also 9rder ala Carter instead.

This place is a gem for sushi lovers of Fort Collins. Finally! The sushi is amazing and fresh, and the atmosphere is so fun. If you want to dine in a great sushi restaurant, you know damn well there's going to be a little bit of a wait to be seated and for your food to arrive at your table. Be patient, it's absolutely worth it and the staff work extremely hard to accommodate everyone. Let's give them as much support as we can!

We went there yesterday for lunch and had a fantastic time. AYCE sushi was good quality, plated in a stylish way, and arrived at the table in a timely manner. Our server was pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Went for dinner on a weekday with a large group, mixing between adults and children. There was something for everyone with the all you can eat sushi. The restaurant quickly filled up for dinner and our service was not affected. The ladies working were very friendly and very fast. Will definitely be returning.

This place is becoming on of our favourite restaurants period. Great food great experience great prices. Great service staff. The only down side of this place is that it's TINY. I'd recommend calling ahead i think maybe it can accommodate 50 people. Don't be turned off by reading about something called "monkey brain" it's one of the best things on the menu.

Awesome food as always! It was incredibly busy; however, I went in this past Friday at 5 pm, so that was to be expected! Although every table was occupied, the three servers were on top of it, pre-busing tables and making sure you always have an order in, whether for the sushi bar and/or kitchen.

Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. The patio upstairs is a standout: great for a friend date or casual hang, especially if you're looking for something more upbeat. Service for us was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. If I were to suggest one improvement: I'd like to try more of the main menu next time (especially sushi or a full entree) to get a full sense of what they offer. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.

I really pushed the boundaries and got their nigiri sushi plate (chef's choice). Usually my marker for bad sushi is fishy tuna, and there was none to be found. That said, this was probably the worst restaurant experience we've ever had in Fort Collins. My husband and I had a last-minute opportunity for a date night without our kids. It's Valentine's Day, so we knew a wait was possible. Luckily, we called ahead and they could take us as a walk-in. We were seated almost immediately, orders were taken, and everything seemed fine. Then it went downhill. There was a large party of about ten people who turned out to be the OWNERS. This table monopolized the attention of both servers and the kitchen, ordering one drink or dish at a time. We waited 30 minutes for our appetizer gyoza, then another hour for two rolls and a six-piece sashimi. The sashimi never came. During that hour, whenever the owners' table wanted something, they would start whooping and shouting for the servers, each person getting louder than the last, like a table of middle schoolers playing the penis game. Except these were adults who appeared to be in their 50s. It was loud enough to startle every other guest in the restaurant. When the check arrived, we were charged for a roll we never ordered, and we had to remind the server about our missing sashimi. We didn't even want it at that point, but were never given the chance to say so. What eventually came out, after yet another ten-minute wait, was a hack job: what looked like leftover end pieces from other rolls, room temperature, and not fresh. As we left, we rolled our eyes at the large table, not yet knowing they were the owners. They began heckling us, yelling "losers" and "assholes" at us as we walked out. The owners are sabotaging their own employees, who will almost certainly lose tips from other tables because of this behavior. Despite the incredibly bad experience, we left a generous tip, only because it was a holiday and it was clear the staff were being harassed by their own employers. We will not be back.

The beef gyoza were very good, the dough was soft and the meat was flavorful. The acidic side sauce helped balance it out too. All of the dishes were very beautifully plated. I had the California and bonzai rolls, which were both good. The California was simplistic but had a nice flavor. The bonzai roll was delicious, it was smoky, and the tempura inside was crispy and cooked perfectly. The fish on top added a nice texture too. Service: The food came out quick, and the rolls came out as they were finished, which I appreciated. They didn't all come out at the same time so it made it feel more relaxed. Atmosphere: The decorations were nice and calming and it was overall a very laid back experience. We got to pick which tables we wanted and ordered at a leisurely pace. Overall: The food here was very good and had an upscale feel to it. The only thing though is that it's a little on the pricier side. $19 for one of the rolls is a lot but the quality and flavor were good.

The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin.
