    Most recent lunch menu.

We've been coming to this restaurant for years and they deserve a better rating than this. They have a decent variety of sushi, ramen and Korean dishes. Their prices are fair and their servers are friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is trendy, but you'll feel comfortable in shorts and a tshirt. Our regular dishes are the JeJu bento box, ramen and Korean BBQ. The food is fresh and the portions are full.

    Three roll lunch special

This is a great spot for lunch specials! I always go for their three roll lunch combo which includes complimentary miso soup, and a choice of three rolls - there are eleven options you can pick from. I was greeted and seated in a booth by the window immediately when I arrived, ordered a hot green tea and enjoyed the people watching while I waited for my three rolls. Miso soup came out first - they serve it as a sipping soup without a spoon which was perfect to cradle in my hands on a chilly day. The avocado roll, spicy tuna and asparagus tempura roll came out soon after and I dug in. Everything always tastes fresh and clean - the avocado was perfectly ripe, the spicy tuna had a nice kick, and the tempura asparagus was crispy and delicate. My server was the only one working the floor and did a wonderful job of checking in on all of the tables and making sure everyone had what they needed so no one felt forgotten. When I'm looking for friendly service, fresh food and a solid deal, you'll find me here for lunch!

My sister and I came here for dinner with some friends. It was pretty busy that night, but luckily we were able to get a table in 20 minutes. Service was a little slow, but it was understandable and they still refilled our water glasses a couple of times. We shared the Budae Ramen (creamy, spicy chicken broth with two fried gyoza, fried spam, boiled egg, napa cabbage, carrot, mushroom and green onion) and the Katsu Donburi (crispy, panko encrusted chicken cutlet infused with soy broth, egg and onions, served on top of rice). My favorite of the two dishes was the Budae Ramen! The broth was really different (creamier) than what I was used to, but it was delicious. I loved all of the toppings as well. The katsu was good, but a little better after we re-fried it at home to crisp it up again. I really liked the onion and sauce that soaked into the rice. The portions were enormous! We had enough leftovers to feed us for a couple of extra meals.

Quite honestly, pretty incredible. Dani, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. My friend and I got an order of steamed gyoza, baked green muscles, spicy salmon roll, california roll (with masago), Yami Yami roll (the one with the tempura crunch bits on top), and Samurai roll (the one with the salmon/eel). For it being Fort Collins, I've honestly got no complaints. Prices are pretty fair given that Sushi Jeju is located in Old Town. $83.74 (pre-tip total) for two appetizers and four rolls is a heck of a deal. Definitely will come back.

JeJu has really great staff and the restaurant is clean. However, the sushi is really not good. Plain and simple. The fish and rice aren't fresh, and the sushi falls apart so easily no matter what roll you get. They do have good drink options. Also, their miso soup and spicy edamame are definitely good. The location of this restaurant is fantastic. I just wish they would step up their game with the food. I've been here many times over the years and I keep asking myself why I keep going back.

A magical restaurant located just off the charming Fort Collins College Ave. Every time I visit Jeju the service is warm/welcoming (like family), the food is fresh, and I walk out in high spirits. Definitely recommend! + it's great for business meetings +the owner is awesome

We decided to stop by here only because it was right across our hotel, and we wanted something light after binging on grilled cheese and greasy meat from a different establishment nearby. (Delightful, but also felt our tummies bloating to the moon!) So I actually had fairly low expectations for this place just from looking from the outside. Turns out, it was a pretty fine time and worth freezing our fingers and butts off for a good 2 minutes walking here from the hotel! The menu had a lot of drool worthy things that made me miss AYCE sushi. Out of greed and desperation, I ordered salmon nigiri and the salmon belly right away. Both were so yummy and tender! We also got the classic spicy tuna roll which was SO spicy. Not the typical spicy tuna roll you'd get at other Japanese restaurants, cuz they really put the SPICE in there! Texture was more tender and magnificent than other spicy tuna rolls I've been to in Colorado, but I'm too wimpy for their level of spice. Really tasty though, would burn my tongue again for that texture. We also had Fort Collins roll which was pretty good, but at this point I was so full that I could barely taste anything. Probably because my belly was already half full from eating so much of their dynamite appetizer. It was great, but the ingredients were chunky with mushrooms and other ingredients I wasn't used to. Way more ingredients than the actual dynamite sauce. Also interesting how they already came with rice which was what I'm not used to, so I preordered a bowl of rice to eat with the dynamite so then I ended up with double the rice. RIP my tummy but also I love rice so I was in rice heaven. Bonus: Complimentary miso soup that doesn't feel like you're drinking a bunch of miso flavored sand! Wonderful! Now I'm too spooked to try any other Japanese restaurants in Fort Collins after coming to Jeju. Will come again to devour the rest of their menu.

The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Clean atmosphere, great service, incredible food. 10/10 -- already planning the next trip back.

But they were also fairly quick with the appetizers that we tried. The barbecue tofu was surprisingly delicious with a great texture and yummy sauce. The Gyoza was also a fan favorite with a light crispy bottom and a good filling. We tried two different ramens with two different proteins. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.

Let me start by saying the servers at this restaurant seem to be trying their hardest. They were…read morepleasant and attentive. That said, this was probably the worst restaurant experience we've ever had in Fort Collins. My husband and I had a last-minute opportunity for a date night without our kids. It's Valentine's Day, so we knew a wait was possible. Luckily, we called ahead and they could take us as a walk-in. We were seated almost immediately, orders were taken, and everything seemed fine. Then it went downhill. There was a large party of about ten people who turned out to be the OWNERS. This table monopolized the attention of both servers and the kitchen, ordering one drink or dish at a time. We waited 30 minutes for our appetizer gyoza, then another hour for two rolls and a six-piece sashimi. The sashimi never came. During that hour, whenever the owners' table wanted something, they would start whooping and shouting for the servers, each person getting louder than the last, like a table of middle schoolers playing the penis game. Except these were adults who appeared to be in their 50s. It was loud enough to startle every other guest in the restaurant. When the check arrived, we were charged for a roll we never ordered, and we had to remind the server about our missing sashimi. We didn't even want it at that point, but were never given the chance to say so. What eventually came out, after yet another ten-minute wait, was a hack job: what looked like leftover end pieces from other rolls, room temperature, and not fresh. As we left, we rolled our eyes at the large table, not yet knowing they were the owners. They began heckling us, yelling "losers" and "assholes" at us as we walked out. The owners are sabotaging their own employees, who will almost certainly lose tips from other tables because of this behavior. Despite the incredibly bad experience, we left a generous tip, only because it was a holiday and it was clear the staff were being harassed by their own employers. We will not be back.

The beef gyoza were very good, the dough was soft and the meat was flavorful. The acidic side sauce helped balance it out too. All of the dishes were very beautifully plated. I had the California and bonzai rolls, which were both good. The California was simplistic but had a nice flavor. The bonzai roll was delicious, it was smoky, and the tempura inside was crispy and cooked perfectly. The fish on top added a nice texture too. Service: The food came out quick, and the rolls came out as they were finished, which I appreciated. They didn't all come out at the same time so it made it feel more relaxed. Atmosphere: The decorations were nice and calming and it was overall a very laid back experience. We got to pick which tables we wanted and ordered at a leisurely pace. Overall: The food here was very good and had an upscale feel to it. The only thing though is that it's a little on the pricier side. $19 for one of the rolls is a lot but the quality and flavor were good.
