Thai O Sha noodles

Food is made fresh in 15 min or less. Always tastes good. Service is quick and ambiance is pretty bare bones which is fine. The food is the main star of this show

osha fried rice

i've only been here once & got the osha fried rice with chicken. the price is hard to beat! you get a decent serving & the fried rice was packed with flavor! it was lacking a bit in vegetables & meat, but the flavor makes up for it. i did take out but the restaurant is small and quaint. would be perfect for a casual lunch. the man who assisted me was so kind!! would get takeout again from here :)

Thai O-Sha noodles, spring rolls and crab rangoon

Got takeout from here and never been. The place is very small, so if you wanna dine in don't expect eye candy. I would have taken a picture of the inside, but there was a man enjoying dinner and I didn't want to make him uncomfortable. However, despite any negatives this place has great food. The spring rolls were very crispy and the ingredients tasted fresh inside despite how warm they were. Crab rangoon very smooth and creamy, and the Thai O-Sha Noodles had perfectly balanced flavors. This business is renovating til mid January starting Dec 9th according to them, just FYI. Also worth noting, the PLUM SAUCE here is the best I've ever had

What a great surprise! Since moving to the area, I've yet to find a good place for Thai food. This must have been my 5th or 6th attempt to find something good, and I finally got a winner! I went with the chicken pad Thai mild and some crab rangoons. The pad Thai was flavorful, not at all greasy, and just yummy. The crab rangoons weren't my favorite, but it was take out and fried take out never does well in closed styrofoam. I'll definitely be back again to sample more of their menu!

This was my first time visiting Thai-O- sha but it won't be my last. My husband and I order the Thai fried rice with extra egg. Best Thai fried rice I have ever had very flavorful. I think we have found a new favorite spot for I enjoy Thai food. Just think the yelp and google reviews are what led us here!!

Yum Beef (Thai Style), SUPER YUMMY!

It's unusual to find authentic Asian food like this in the Midwest. I am Asian American from the…read moreWest Coast so I know really good Asian food and this place fits the bill! They hand make their dumplings as well as many of their items and it shows. The noodles are really good and not your prepackaged variety. In fact the noodles are excellent! We had their dumplings, wontons, pot stickers, two types of noodles, eggplant, beef rolls, and meat buns. The eggplant dish was so delicious! And their noodles with tomato egg tasted very much like tomato beef chow mein which we have on the West Coast. It was so good!! The type of cuisine is Taiwan or Northern style with lots of chili oil, but not overly spicy. The place is very clean! You order à la carte from a big menu at the counter. You get your utensils, bowls and plates from a table in the back but they bring your food to you. The service was quick, friendly, and excellent. This place is casual, and a great place to get a quick delicious meal or just a bite to eat.

Service was quick, you order at the counter then wait at a table. There is a station to get chop sticks, cutlery, napkins and water. Our food came out quickly and was sooo good. Everything was so flavorful and tasted fresh. Only critique is that the sauces seemed heavy on oil, but didn't change or hurt the flavor. Definitely recommend this restaurant for some good Asian food.

I had been visiting Matsu-Chan a few times a year since 2009 when I was a university student in the…read moreJapanese [language] minor program and a lot of my classmates would also frequent. After graduating my girlfriend [now wife] and I would make it a point to try and eat at Matsu-Chan when in the area, even after our first kiddo, and eventually our second. Last year before one of our trips to the area my wife let me know that they were under new management and when I looked at the new menu, I was saddened that all of my favorite items were no longer present, and it seemed that my beloved little slice of Japan was now "just" a ramen shop. While my wife loves and can handle ramen and the broth, I would typically get the different rice bowls, or other entrees because while I love me some good ramen it doesn't work out well for me with the hour or so trip to the area. We'd get some rolls, takoyaki, and other appetizers to share around the table before digging into our main entrees. With the increased prices, and fewer options, I will end up going to any of the multitude of places [Aji-ten is usually our #2] to get my kick. I'll miss the little shop and the times I've had, like perusing the manga while waiting for a table. I wish the old owners the best, and the new management as well, especially if it was a familial transfer, but Matsu-Chan is not for me anymore. My wife will eventually get up there and let me know how it is, but for now, I'm just happy that a little bento shop opened near my workplace run by two first gen transplants, so I can at least get my fix without the drive.

My friend arrived first and grabbed the last available table during a busy lunch rush. I am…read moregrateful I did not have to wait since I tend to get hangry. Others following us added their names to the waitlist. The restaurant is small with just a handful of tables. One chef, it appears, prepared all the meals. I barely glanced at the menu; I already knew I was having the ramen. The only question was which one. My friend selected the eel bowl while I had the miso pork soup. The latter was served with sliced pork, bamboo shoots, fish cake, and seaweed. The broth was full of flavor; I enjoyed every slurp. I appreciated that the meal was sizeable and inexpensive - I was able to stretch it to two meals. We did not linger given the number of people waiting.

solid vegan options!…read more we ordered the tofu bao buns (sans special sauce), vegan potstickers, vegan ramen, fancy vegetable roll, and avocado roll. the sushi was good quality. the avocado roll was maki (nori on the outside) which is perfect to keep the roll all together as our 10 month old ate. the fancy vegetable roll was crunchy and the pickled veg was prominent. the bao buns are 1 per order so we ordered 2. the buns were large and fluffy and the tofu was cooked well and flavored. we ordered without one of the sauces which i believe is mayo based. we just wrote that in our online order notes to make the item vegan. the tofu in the vegan ramen was very good too and the broth was flavorful and salty. the vegan potstickers were good - nothing special. those came 4 in an order. online ordering was easy and the vegan items came clearly labeled in the bag. our order was ready fairly quickly too.

We were in the mood for some good ramen, and that's exactly what we got. We started with some steamed dumplings that were pretty solid. For our entree we split the tonkotsu ramen and a few rolls.
