The puffs were deep-fried, though, so, naturally, there was some grease. For my entree, I ordered the Pad See Ew with Chicken. I thought their version was very well-executed. It was more savory than it was sweet, and the broccoli was fresh and crisp. I will say that the chicken was rather dry, but, otherwise, it was good a meal. I heard positive reviews about the Drunken Noodles with Chicken as well, though specifying "Hot" as the spice level meant it came with a ton of visible chilis, so beware that they are very serious about their heat! This is the first time that I had Chicken Dumplings in a delicious buttery sauce. I couldn't get enough of the sauce and it hugged every piece of dumpling that was cut and consumed.
