You'll find Noodles off the casino floor near the Baccarat Bar. On a Sunday evening, I had no trouble getting in without a reservation. While there are noodles from several cuisines on the menu, don't be put off if you're looking for something besides pasta and broth. There are things to explore and old favorites: Chinese, Thai, Malay, Japanese. They have a good selection of teas. And dim sum, too. As it happens, I did have noodles: I can recommend the Singapore noodles, which had a nice curry flavor plus just a little heat. There was plenty of barbecued pork and veggies in the dish. I was impressed with it and look forward to coming back to try some of their other dishes from cuisines I'm less familiar with. That's the advantage of a place like this: You can easily find something safe, but also try something new. The ambiance is upscale without being oppressively fancy, if you know what I mean. A lot of red, white and black. It's nice, but you won't feel weird if you're casually dressed. Comfortable seating. Attentive service. There is some noise drifting in from the gaming floor, but it's not too bad, especially if you sit toward the back.

The signage is very good. When you get near, there's a sign that has Noodles with a left facing arrow so it's easy to find. We had a reservation so there was no wait time. The restaurant has a number of tables each side of an aisle and also some seating at counter. We looked at the menu and we each decided on our meal. I chose the Singapore noodles. While they were good, the noodles were not at all spicy as they are supposed to be. I was not asked what level spice I wanted as I have in other restaurants. There were a few pieces oif shrimp, but less than I would expect. The noodles were good and I enjoyed them but I was a bit disappointed by their non-standard flavor and protein amount. Service was excellent. Our server was good enough to give us separate checks. They use the checkout devices that you are given at the table and you add any tip and then tap or Apple Pay. Very convenient. The prices are in line with other places and that was a surprise for the B.

We started with the onion pancake and spicy pork wontons. The onion pancake was hands down the best I've had--perfectly crisp around the edges, not greasy or oily, and full of flavor. We then had the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Beef Shank Noodle Soup, and Dan Dan Noodles, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and you can really taste the freshness in every dish. The service was also excellent. The two ladies who helped us were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I was so hungry when my Beef Brisket Noodle Soup arrived that I completely forgot to take a photo until I had already eaten most of the beef! Definitely a place I'd come back to--and one I think more people need to discover.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

The service is magical. The atmosphere is magical. I literally ate at this place three times in two days. I tell all my friends to go here. I come here every time I am in Vegas. I am literally going here right now. Not sure what else to say. I'm out of words.

Their last call was 9:10 PM. Lots of free parking at the lot. Inside had good seating space. Nice art on the wall. Simple decor and ambiance. Restroom available for customer use only. I already checked out their menu before coming here so I knew what to order. They sold out on a couple items at the time. I got lucky again because they still had one of their signature noodle bowls available... Chong Qing Style Spicy Noodle. That's what I got to-go with hand-pulled noodles. The other two noodle types were knife-cut and flat wide (they ran out of this one that night). Price was very reasonable. Noodle was already packaged and ready for me to take home before I even paid for it. That's fast! Staff was cordial and helpful. Thanks! Bowl of fresh hand-pulled noodles didn't look like a lot, but it was quite a bit actually. Container with ground pork, peanuts, pickled vegetables, green onions, and cilantro in soup was plenty. Flavor was super tasty and amazing. Spice level was very manageable. Portion was huge. I had a lot of fun with this bowl. Enjoyed it very much. I even got two meals out of this bowl. Cool beans! Thanks Magic Noodle for the magic in your noodles! Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely return in the future. If you haven't tried them yet, it's worth your while to check them out. Enjoy the magic!
