I tried the Pad Thai chicken and shrimp, both were very good. I got a 4 on spice level and it was hot! Next time I'll do 3 or 3.5. Also tested the green curry and it was on point!

The tom kha gai is some of the best around, and the egg rolls are super crispy. Service is fast and friendly. Some of the best Thai in town.

I would agree with another review, that the pad see ew did not taste like other pad see ews that I've had but I still thought it was quite tasty.

Parking & Service: Arrival was stress-free thanks to the massive parking lot in the strip mall. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. The Spice Factor: Interestingly, they offer two spice tiers: 1-10 and 10-15. We usually prefer a heavy heat, but found that levels 8 and 9 were still relatively mild. If you're a true spice lover, you might want to venture into the double digits! The Food: Portions are very generous and perfect for family-style dining. Everything was flavorful, though my one small note for the kitchen is that some dishes leaned a bit heavy on the salt. Overall, a great spot with big flavors.

The service has always been great--servers are attentive, friendly, and quick to clear plates, which we've always appreciated. It's part of why we kept coming back. We usually order the fried pompano, and it's always been a favorite. But the last couple of times, the fish has been noticeably smaller--like almost half the size it used to be. That was already a letdown. What really did it for us, though, was finding a plastic to-go cup lid inside one of our drink glasses. It was buried in there, and completely threw us off. At that point, we were just done. It's a bummer because we've liked this place for a long time, but between the smaller portions and that experience, we won't be coming back.

The Thai tea was a standout--sweet, creamy, and the perfect pairing with the meal. The curries were rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The khao soi was especially delicious with bold, comforting flavors and a depth that kept me going back for more. The drunken noodles were also very tasty--great texture, well-seasoned, and satisfying without being overly heavy. Service was great, food came out fresh, and the overall experience made this an easy recommendation. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving flavorful Thai food.

Last night's dinner? Baby... it showed up and showed out. I…read moreordered the Gang Kiew Warn....green curry herb with bamboo strips, eggplant, fresh basil, zucchini, and serrano simmered in coconut milk -- and I added chicken and shrimp because we don't do halfway over here. If we're eating, we're eating. Let me tell you something. The balance? On point. Just enough coconut milk to make it silky without drowning the dish. Just enough serrano to whisper heat instead of scream at you. The zucchini, eggplant, and bamboo strips all held their own -- nothing mushy, nothing fighting for attention. Every bite felt intentional and served with white rice. It was pickup, but I stepped inside to grab my order, and that place was spotless. Clean like somebody's mama was doing inspections. And the staff? Friendly, efficient, no nonsense. This wasn't just dinner. It was a "why don't I order this more often?" kind of meal. Yes, I'll absolutely be back. And next time? I might dine in just to soak it up properly.

It's perfectly poached, incredibly tender, and paired with fragrant rice that's rich without being greasy. It also comes with a decadent bowl of soup. I usually start with the chicken skin appetizer, which iss dangerously addictive. It's crispy, light, and comes with dipping sauce. The combo plate is the way to go if you want to try the poached and fried chicken. You get a variety of textures and flavors, both juicy and crunchy. Both sauces are great to dip in and the chicken goes great with the rice. If you can handle spice, the boat noodles are a great option too. The broth is complex and spicy, with tender noodles and well-seasoned meat. The spiciness is definitely a build up, but the broth is so good you can't stop drinking it. Overall, P Thai's is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Plenty of seating inside with some outside, nice staff that explain everything, and a great spot to share food. Their thai tea is great too so don't skip out on that. Definitely have been here multiple times and will keep coming back.

We got there right when they opened and the service was amazing. They started building our 15-person table immediately and service was fast. We tried the spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken curry, and fried rice. Everything was delicious, but the chicken wings and chicken curry were definite standouts! Absolutely packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I'll be coming back just for that curry! The atmosphere inside is a bit on the plain side, but the colorful glasses and fun plates add a nice touch and keep things lively. The food more than makes up for any lack of ambiance. I'll definitely be coming here again, and I'm already looking forward to ordering the chicken curry next time. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Thai food in Austin!

Roti -- Flaky, buttery, and comes with a rich sauce that pairs perfectly. Solid starter. Khao Soi -- The star of the night. Chewy noodles in a tangy, layered broth with fresh radishes and crunchy fried shallots that add these great unexpected textures. Only note: we were sharing and it came with a whole chicken thigh -- would be so much easier to eat if it came pre-shredded. Hung Lay Pork -- The pork flavor is bold and a little gamey, not for everyone. But the curry itself is warm and tangy and really shines when you eat it with rice. The space is well designed and the vibe matches the food -- adventurous and authentic. You can tell every dish is made with care. Already planning my next visit to work through the rest of the menu.
