I highly recommend! Excellent food and VERY friendly and helpful service. I had Pad Kra Pow. Very flavorful. The shrimp chips served at dinner were fun and delicious as well!

Pad Thai was simply delicious! And me getting to-go didn't not impact the freshness or the quality of service. Very pleasant and appreciative of my service. The atmosphere was extremely quiet and mellow. This is spot you can go in dine-in with your date and enjoy good night out. One of few spots to really patronize multiple times in Southern Maryland area.. Will update you when I return!

Floating Market Noodle Soup (Beef and Meatballs) - Flavorful broth & noodles, but beef and meatballs weren't enjoyable.

I wanted to try this place for dinner after reading the positive reviews. My app was an order of well fried, non greasy curry puffs. The dough was thicker than usual but in a good way because the taste and texture was great. The potato filling was a bit too sweet for my taste. I was able to eat a piece with the cucumber/onion dipping sauce. The Pad Thai with chicken was also extremely sweet and even the extra lime and peanuts I ordered did little to help. Lastly the broth in the Floating Market Noodles Soup was very flavorful; however the meatballs had a weird texture and the sliced beef was tough and lacked flavor. On the good side, the restaurant was very clean & the food was served quickly. Service however was lacking once food was placed on the table. No one came back in 30 mins, until I flagged for the check. I really wanted to like this place after seeing the positive reviews but it's not for me. The price point is inexpensive so if you love sugary food then this may be the spot for you.

8/29 covid update. Staff all wearing masks and gloves. Social distance enforced. Plexiglass between tables. Lots of takeout customers jamming the lobby and waiting lined up outside. Kitchen was a little slow, my suspicion is the takeout business is a priority. Otherwise, food is still good.

At the time it had been pretty hard to find. I decided to stop by this food truck one day when I was on the way home from work. The guy that works there is very nice and patient. I ordered the two pieces of tilapia, six jumbo shrimp, one crabcake, and it came with fries and two hush puppies. Everything was amazing and reminded me of home. All of the food was cooked crispy, and it was not soggy or floppy. Everything was seasoned perfectly, not over season or under season. And the service was quick, it might have took 10 minutes. Everything is always fresh and it never taste like seafood. If you eat a lot of seafood, then you understand what I mean, yes, it is seafood, but it is not supposed to have that fishey smell. Overall, I wish I could give this place a 10 out of 5, but I will settle for a five out of five. Also, the seasoned butter sauce that he has is great.

Stopped in on a Tuesday night; it's our first visit. The place was relatively quiet and there were…read morenot many visitors. It's a very clean establishment and the staff that greeted us were professional and very friendly. We perused the menu and decided on Thai chili mussels and cheesesteak egg rolls for apps, water and a fig martini for our drinks. The egg rolls came with marinara dipping sauce which was different. Both appetizers were good but lacked in flavor. They were both missing an umami flavor that would have elevated them. The eggs rolls specifically could have benefited from more cheese, a better quality of steak (the menu described it as having rib eye but it was very chewy..I know good ribeye has a nice fat cap but this wasn't that), and salt. The mussels had the spice from the red curry paste but again was missing salt. Sea salt or even soy sauce being added would have elevated that dish. It could have also benefited from some fresh garlic and a fresh herb like Thai basil. To note my martini was very sweet. It was comprised of fig vodka which intrigued me but it just wasn't for me. Our mains were the double crab cake dinner and I ordered a Caesar salad with cajun salmon. My salad was executed okay but with one exception: the dressing. I don't know what it was but it was definitely not a classic Caesar dressing. If you love a good Caesar salad you know the dressing is a crucial element to that salad and as much as I was looking forward to this dish, it failed. The salmon was cooked perfectly, there were shards of parm and not shreds which was a welcome addition and the romaine lettuce fell a bit short as well as it wasn't crisp. Overall I finished the salmon but not all of the remainder of the salad. It was just ok but the salmon definitely saved it. My husband had the crab cake dinner and he enjoyed it very much. There was not much filler in them and they were made with lump crab meat..I venture to say maybe even jumbo lump. I tasted them; they were seasoned very well. The dinner came with fingerling potatoes and coleslaw. I didn't get to taste the potatoes because my husband devoured those..so I guess they were good. I had a bit of the coleslaw and it was dressed well and flavorful; the celery seed in it was pronounced and it wasn't overly dressed in sauce which was good; the cabbage and other vegetables were able to retain a nice crunch. All in all we agreed although some things about our meal could be improved, we would certainly come back. There was a nice vibe in there, that allowed for a great laid back early week date night.

I found Blue Wind Gourmet searching for Yelp to fuel up after a business meeting and before a long drive in the rain (east coast in February!). I was a bit confused when I walked in. The space is a wine and chocolate bar and has a hipster wine bar look which is suprising for the area. They also have sandwiches (including crab cake) and soup (crab & corn chowder) so I ordered both and settled in. Coffee for me, no wine (too early), but the wine selection looks impressive. The food came out in maybe 5 minutes, hot and fresh. The crab chowder was delicious, plenty of identifiable crab lumps and good flavor. The crab cake also had crab lumps, not just shredded crab. I did wish the sandwich was a bit bigger though. It was maybe about 3 inches square. Service was prompt and friendly too.
