Worthy. Enjoy. Eat. Yum. From the ambiance, to seating, to ordering, to eating. Simply good.

These are the Spring Rolls I made last week

I'm at a loss...I hate to be negative so I will just state the facts. The food was so bad I don't think they understand authentic Thai--I'm truly flummoxed, especially based on the reviews! I'm from Seattle area, I love Thai food! When I saw the reviews I was excited. I am traveling by myself so I just ordered fresh spring rolls and their Thai Hut fried rice. The Spring Rolls were full of iceberg lettuce and shredded carrot and over cooked noodles. They were served with 2 similar vinegar based sauces one with crushed peanuts--no peanut sauce. Peanut sauce was a dollar extra. Predictably, they were tasteless. The Fried rice was made with frozen vegetables and canned pineapple. The " pork belly" was pork with fat on it--not rendered or flavorful just chewy and gristley. The place is clean and comes out quickly.

We're on our way to Park City and were searching for a good Thai restaurant when this one pop up on our search. Just minutes from BYU. Plenty of parking, easy access, the front of the restaurant is full of plants and herbal vegetables. The restaurant is clean, nice, and the decors are very elegant. The services were excellent, and the food are amazing. I like the bamboo and plant screen that separated some of the tables to give certain table a sense of privacy and intimacy. The music is instrumental and reflect a relaxing environment. Overall, a great experience that we happen to be come by, by chance.

I have eaten here a handful of times. The food is always on point. I have tried quite a few different dishes, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The servers that work here are very friendly, and the service is fast. I never have to wait too long for my food.

Pot stickers, Fresh rolls, and Triple Curry.

Another delicious dinner at one of our favorite "hidden gems" in Provo, Thai Hut. Tonight we tried the Triple Combo and it was delicious with green, yellow, and red curries, with fresh butternut, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, avocado, mango, pineapple, pumpkin, bamboo and chicken, shrimp, and pork!

I came to visit family from out of town and was looking for Thai food. I stumbled upon this little gem in Provo. Everything I ordered was delicious! The curry is a must try and the staff was very friendly and attentive!

Peeps... if you are a Thai snob, look no further! This is SUCH a great place, the best in UT county, and potentially the state. Their Tom Kha Gai is off the chain, with the perfect flavor and spicing, using the freshest ingredients. When that soup is done right, it's not white, flavorless, and doesn't have baby corn in it. This is THE RIGHT SOUP. Orange tint, flavorful, the right vegetables, tender flat chicken, and goes perfect with the lemongrass, galangal root and leaves. Their yellow curry is also phenomenal. Had their pineapple curry a visit before and it was fantastic too. Lunch special was large enough for a dinner portion, came with a simple but flavorful Asian salad, and a big portion of rice. The plating looks great too... really classy joint. If I had one critique, I would have loved some music in the background while I ate so I didn't listen to myself chewing and slurping so loud. Some classical Thai jams would be over the top. Come here, and support this place. We need more great Thai places around! Picture is after I ate everything...

I feel it's my duty to remind everyone that this soup is amazing. Treat yourself

Hidden gem alert: Tiny, mighty, and seriously addictive Thai in Provo!…read more This little spot is proof that big flavor doesn't need a big space. We're talking maybe five or six tables total--cozy doesn't even begin to cover it. The walls are covered in gorgeous photos of Thailand and serene Buddha art that transport you thousands of miles away. More often than not, the owner is right there in the kitchen, wok in hand, personally sending out every dish. You can feel the love and care in every bite. Yes, the Pad Thai is solid (as it should be), but please--don't sleep on the rest of the menu. The fried rice is next-level, the curries are rich, aromatic perfection that will have you scraping the plate, and the signature dishes? Absolute showstoppers. Case in point: the Crispy Orange Chicken. It's hands-down better than most of the orange chicken I've had anywhere--perfectly fried, glossy sauce with that bright citrus punch, tender chicken, crispy outside. Pure bliss. The appetizers are no slouch either: The fresh rolls are bursting with crisp veggies (or plump shrimp) and herbs--light, refreshing, and full of life. The golden, crispy spring rolls are packed with veggies, and the crab rangoons? Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously addictive. And if you're feeling adventurous, dive into one of their incredible curries--vibrant, creamy, and deeply satisfying. Fair warning: Once you try Thai Simple Dish, you'll be plotting your next visit before you even leave. This place is small in square footage, but massive in flavor. Provo Thai food just leveled up. Highly recommend--go hungry and bring your stretchy pants!
