LOVE THIS PLACE!! I always make sure to stop here when I am in Sebring. I always order a #38 with chicken! The service is always great! I love how cute and cozy the place is too!

I have yet to find a really good Thai place in Florida, and this is no exception. They have excellent variety, and cheap wine prices. The service is very good. Ambience is pleasant. I had a glass of wine, the spring rolls, and the red curry. I would rate the spring rolls as 3/5, the red curry as 4/5. Overall a 3.5

What a treat in a nondescript shopping mall! I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first. It's a hole in the wall kinda place. Sandwiched between a dance studio and a cafe in a shopping center that has seen better days. We arrived right at 6pm and 6 of their 12 tables were taken - good indication right there. We were seated promptly and I asked the couple at the table next to ours if it was good as they were leaving. They said yes and recommended the duck. I wish one of us would have but that's what next times are for! I'm very happy I had the Cashew Chicken! We sat down and I went to the restroom. I do this at every new place we eat at. I know, sounds weird but you can tell a lot about how clean the kitchen is by how clean the bathroom is! You can also look for insect activity LOL Anyway, I sat down and our server quickly took our drink and app order. We started with spring rolls which came out quickly and were delicious. While we were waiting for them I ordered Cashew Chicken. It comes with white rice and lots of vegetables. Honey ordered Thai House Fried Rice. It has pineapple in it and he wanted pineapple fried rice. It was the closest thing to it. Both dishes came out hot and steaming! Mine was served on two large plates. One with the scoop of rice and the other with the yumminess. I spread the rice out and dipped the dish over it. There was a lot of sauce and I used about half of it. It had cashews, chicken (you can also choose beef, pork or shrimp), carrots, celery, water chestnuts, red and green pepper, onions. It normally comes with mushrooms but I asked to leave that nastiness out. :) The Thai House Fried Rice included all of the above plus pineapple, broccoli, beef and 2 shrimps that should have been de-tailed in Honeys opinion. He loved it! He ate every bite ! My only complaint was that the dumplings only come steamed. We will definitely be eating here the next time we come to Highlands Hammock State Park Campground. One of us will try the Duck for sure!

*** Covid Update *** Business as usual as it can be in our new Covid world! 50% capacity. Lots of hand sanitizer. Employees all wearing masks. Like most restaurants, they closed and then reopened. I'm delighted to say the food and service remain the same 4+ stars. I showed up for lunch with a good friend. She went with the Thai Iced Tea and I went with an ice-cold Tsing Tao beer. Both hit the spot. Appetizers were my favorite standbys of Chicken Satay and Dumplings. I added a small Cucumber salad which was new to me but highly recommended. The Satay and Dumplings were as usual awesome, and the salad was fresh and a little sweet and delightful! For entrée lunches I went with Baby Corn & Mushrooms in a soy sauce and my friend went with Red Curry Shrimp. Both were spot on at considerably less than $10 each. See my original review from four years ago for more info but you can't go wrong stopping by this family run joint in Highlands County.

I am appalled at this restaurant. I traveled a hour and half to celebrate three birthdays with family and friends. Only to be told they would not seat us because of the size of our party. Asked if we could please be seated separately and again denied. So much for small business wanting customers. The hostess/server possible owner was rude and could care less. Never will I step foot in this place again. I had eaten here probably 10 times before. Very disappointed.

It would be even better if there was a full liquor license. The icing on the cake is two-for-one on all alcohol drinks including Long Island Iced Teas! No, it's not a dream. Read on- Arriving- These folks are in a large plaza on the northbound side of US Route 27. Signage is not great, but your GPS will work its magic. Even though it's a plaza, parking is irregular, and you may need to walk a bit. Ambience- Nothing special and a little darker than you might expect. Standard Americanized Chinese/Japanese décor, lots of booths and the expected hibachi tables. Speaking of booths, my dining partner noted duct tape on her booth seat and frowned. Free Wi-Fi with no password. It's slow but usable. Customer Service- In my experience, always exceptional! The young lady serving us this visit was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. She checked in throughout our lunch and when we were leaving, we were discussing how awesome she was! Adult Libations- Full bar here and these folks are famous for two-for-one drinks all the time! Don't expect fancy glassware or all kinds of embellishments to your drink but at two-for-one pricing, do you care? Food- These folks are the poster child for "typical." The Chinese, Japanese, and Hibachi menus are exactly what you have seen in a thousand other places. My dining partner and I both went with the standard Chinese combo lunch plates. Me Bourbon Chicken and General Tsao for her. Both came with Pork Fried Rice and an Eggroll. We could have substituted soup for the eggroll. They went for about $11 each. To drink I opted for two-for-one Sangria @ $8 and my partner ordered a Bobba drink @ $5. The food and drink were solid across the board. Nothing fancy but solid, filling, tasty food at a decent price point. We both agreed that the eggroll was nice and crisp, and the filling was delicious! So, you get the option of three styles of food and cheap drinks. The food is going to be at least three and maybe four stars with excellent service. I'm going with four stars!

When I found out they'd been serving dim sum during traditional times for it (Sundays from 11am-3pm), I just had to try it. Had I come with a much bigger appetite, I would've definitely tried more (the nice couple sitting near me mentioned the pork belly was divine). Next time, I certainly will! Highly recommended!
