The gyoza stuffing could've used a littke better seasoning, but still was delicious with the sauce it came with, which was more sweet than savory. Yummy! It is wonderful to have a true Thai restaurant here in Lakeland that does not also serve Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, and Vietnamese as many in Lakeland do. Thai is a unique culture and it has a fantastic cuisine. This restaurant may not offer everything Thailand would offer, but it hits those top cravings like pad Thai and Tom Yum. The staff is friendly and fast. They are engaging and make you feel very appreciated. Their prices are reasonable but on the higher end for the ambiance that is not provided. It does have a very sterile dining area, but it's not exactly a fine dining establishment. It's really more of a grab and go. Which here in Lakeland is no problem. Grab your delicious food to-go and head to Swan Brewing for some good beer and live music outside or head to a park for a fun family date night. read more

It has a surprisingly extensive menu with helpful descriptions. If dining in, additional napkins, dishes, seasonings, utensils as well as take out containers are easily accessible at a station. We decided to dine in and ordered a1/2 order of Chicken Pad Thai, Pineapple Rice, and Crab Ragoon. All delicious. Spice was perfect as ordered "medium" heat. Portions were generous, and we left with leftovers. The Pad Thai was even better when reheated later! I was excited to try this restaurant. So I ordered the pad Thai. It was $20, I was rather surprised when I got my meal, it was just noodles and a few pieces of beef. That is not even traditional. To add peanuts, chives, bean sprouts, or carrots would cost $2 to $3 dollars for each side. I don't know who made up there menu does not have a clue of what they are doing. If I had ordered it just with the traditional sides it's supposed to have it could've cost $35 for one meal!!! read more

The food is good , however, I find it difficult to consider multiple visits because for the same price, I can get two full (different) chicken meals from G&G Jamaican Food for the same price at the mall for the same self-serve transaction. Or get 3-meals from Curry Mango in south Lakeland. Needless to say, this place's main drawback is the cost of their dishes. They don't yet have the sign on the front of the restaurant, (which is in a smallish strip mall), so (for now) they are not very visible. (They said the sign permit is still being processed.) They've only been open 1-1/2 months, but they are definitely a very welcome addition to the area! The food was perfect, and the portions are generous, and very reasonably priced! We had Gyoza and Crab Rangoon to start. Both were amazing, but the Crab Rangoon...just forget every Crab Rangoon you've ever had before, and get these! They are a whole different thing from the typical wonton skin twisty thing we are all used to! For our main courses we had Drunken Noodles and Pineapple Fried Rice, and both were perfect, and perfectly spiced at "Medium". The menu has a good mix of what you expect from a Thai restaurant, as well as some unique dishes that I am very much looking forward to trying. We finished with the donuts, which were a generous platter that would have been enough for 4 people. They are perfect little half-moons of fried dough, served with a small ramekin of sweetened condensed milk to dip them in. Perfect ending to a lovely meal. I got a Pad Thai to go as I left, and had it that evening. Also perfect! This is an up & coming new Lakeland restaurant, one of 4 in the central FL area. The menu is awesome with some different "specials" entrees than most Thai (like salmon, grouper & duckling at $27 each). Jasmine rice is served. They also had all the standard curries, some nice appetizers and fast counter service. It's a woman owned business who also owns one in Brandon. They had a pineapple rice that looked delicious. I got a medium spicy chicken pumpkin curry that was perfect, with lots of veggies. It ran $16. (The only odd thing is the misspelling of "chilli".) May be my new favorite in Lakeland. read more
