Yes, I can recommend this restaurant. The food has always been on point. For me (with a family of five), I really like the value I receive on my visits to Ruby Tuesday. I have the App. and receive notifications about specials. Importantly, the food is worthy of dining out. You could pay more (for less) elsewhere, but why? I find the staff are helpful, and the food is predictably good. It all reflects well on management. I am a fan of the salad bar, which is not something found at many places anymore. The restaurant feels like other chain restaurants, and that should not surprise anyone. There are restaurants that may be more appropriate for upscale events, but for a stress-free night out, this hits about right. Lots of reasons to go and enjoy. read more

The service is good and I have no complaints about any of the team. The food can be good depending on what you order. Salad bar is great! Burgers are good. Fries are excellent. Salmon is great. Steak, well the steak needs work and so do the ribs. Steaks come out unevenly cooked and often undercooked. Ordered the 12 oz ribeye, medium rare - one side was cooked medium well and as I got further in, I got parts that were medium, medium rare, rare, and towards the other side it was practically raw. The meat was also very chewy. If I were running a restaurant and I knew I was serving choice or even select cuts of meat, I would find the best ways to tenderize the meat before they hit the grill. I'd also make sure the cooks were temperature checking each steak with a meat thermometer before serving. There should be no guesswork. It either hits the cook temperature or it stays on the grill. read more

So tasty and fresh. I love going to RTs for the soup and salad bar and this location did not disappoint. Our server Brittany was on point with the serve and drinks, but the real star of the show was Brandi. She was the amazing lady who kept the salad bar stocked. I have been to several RT locations in the past and none were as good as this one. I just happened to mention that the signature croutons were running low and she brought me a bowl full to my table. We stopped in to this restaurant for lunch 2 days ago. We were "checking them out" for a possible Christmas dinner with our family. I ordered their Quesadilla with pieces of rib eye; my husband ordered a regular cheeseburger - medium well. Both were delivered in a "timely" manner. However, his burger was cooked to medium rare; the tortilla on my Quesadilla was burnt and the rib eye pieces were quite tough, not what I expected them to be. He returned his burger for a "re-do." It took an additional 15 minutes wait for it to come. This time, it was better. In the meantime, I had already finished my meal. Our server was ok. That said, she disappeared to the kitchen or somewhere and we had to wait a while before she came to check on us - longer than it should've been. Granted, it did get busy with others, but even so . . . . Needless to say, our disappointment prevailed and we nixed Ruby Tuesday Bartow for Christmas meal or for that matter, any other time in the future. read more

This place is disgusting, from the minute you walk in it smells. The bathrooms had vomit and no one had cleaned it up. The salad bar was not maintained and their were box fans sitting up on booths probably to help with the smell. It appears no one has maintained this restaurant for many years. read more

They reMadison decor, that was nice. my husband said salad bar was still good. Staff behind on orders in kitchen and waited for food longer than we should have. Waiter did bring drinks often which was good. However , we used to like the food. My husband's chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it came straight from a Tyson cardboard box. it was called the ultimate chicken sandwich. Nothing ultimate about it. My plant based burger was tasteless and gluten free bun hard as a rock. Very disappointed to the point we're not sure if we're coming back. ughh i was so hoping tonight would of went well. we have a large family and one of our children have autism and sometimes she don't do well with a lot of people or noise. But everything was going so well. we was sat immediately but it took a while for a server to even knowledge our table. she finally did and we order our drinks and had plenty of time to look over the menu so we order right away. worst service ever, looked over at the server who had giving our drinks thought she was making my husband alcohol beverage he was waiting for and she was on her phone. It wasn't really busy as I could understand if it was. so I end up walking to the parking lot since my special needs was starting to go through her meltdowns. a few times I did this until I just sat in the car with her. It was 45 mins and then i see my husband with the other 6 kids walk out very upset. this is my 2nd time here as we went a few years back with our family ( Large) and we had the best experience but tonight really bummed it because it's been the first time we have been out dinning in forever and it wasn't the best experience read more

Don't get me wrong-we really like Ruby Tuesday. So, tonight was very disappointing. We went on a Sunday evening and everything was just so-so. For the second time, they were out of baked potatoes. The steak special was nothing special, the salad bar was pretty routine (not the norm for Ruby.) Ordered wings to go and the only portion choice was 7 or 8 for $15.50! While we ended up with 10, two of them had to have come from babies...maybe 2 inches. All of them were small, though they were good, but the price was way out of line. They need to fix that. It was a 25 minute wait for a table, though half of the dining room was empty. I will give them grace-it seems no restaurant has enough wait staff, and it seemed to be the case here. I'm not sure we'll be back for awhile. read more

One of the last ones left in Florida!! They are so nice in there!! One of the few places that we got seated right away and the server was right behind us to get our drink order. The salad bar cold and fresh!!! Nothing was old looking. The food was good. Seasoned just right. Wait staff checked in on us at least four times to see if we needed anything. Ran by for a late lunch. Resturant was clean & staff were friendly. Salad bar was great, as usual, but ordered steak & it came way over done. It was even past well-done, to burnt & then covered w/ parmesan cheese sauce to hide it. Steak was like cutting through shoe leather. Side items were ok, zucchini a little greasy, but ok. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It started with our waitress taking our drink orders, and then forgetting to enter them for 10-15 minutes. We finally place a food order and she is no where to be found. 30-35 minutes go by and finally we have to ask the hostess where our food is. Miraculously, 30 seconds later, the hostess brings our food. All the plates were dirty and there is clearly no quality control. My medium rare steak sat so long that it came out well done. The mashed potatoes looked like a lunch lady served them with a ice cream scoop. We are all visually upset with our meals and make plenty of comments about them yet nothing was done. My bride and I ate here on June 2nd on our way from St. Petersburg to Vero Beach. This marks our 5th visit to this restaurant. Neither of us do buffets so we rely solely on the ala carte menu. My bride had a turkey avocado burger and I had the classic burger. Neither were great but neither were poor. Our waiter, Cameron (or Camero B. as shown on the receipt), made the visit worthwhile. He was attentive, professional, and personable even though he appeared to be very busy. It is service like that given by him that will attract my return business, not the burgers. I am always amazed or confused how the ladies' restroom appears to be overlooked when it comes to cleaning or maintaining a respectable appearance. We mentioned this to the hostess as we left.
