Finally got to check out Thai Grill for some food after shopping in old Westerville! It's tucked away on a side street in one of my favorite areas. Right when you walk in, you'll see a sign warning you that service might take longer since there is one chef handling everything. Thankfully when I went there wasn't too many people so it didn't take long for service. Our server was friendly and made sure we had everything. We started with the curry puffs, which were fried flaky pastry puffs filled with curry and veggie filling. They were the perfect little treat to start the meal. The pad kee mow with pork had a really nice grilled smoky flavor to it and had lots of veggies. I ordered a medium on the spice level and it wasn't too spicy. If you want a non spicy noodle option, the pad see ew was also a good pick. The portions were just enough for one.

THE best! Cleanest healthy Thai place Ive ever found! And Im an LA health snob haha. The GRASSFED beef curry is phenomenal!!! Sticky mango rice is cute and tasty and has the black type of rice! Ive BEEN to Thailand and this place tastes like the real thing because it is and it's the freshesh authentic and clean! Organic items too--friendly staff!

We ordered take out on a Wednesday night. The food was ready in 20 min. We called in our order everything went smoothly. We got the Beef basil, Crispy pork, Mango sticky rice, and Thai Buckeye wings. The wings were a little overcooked and had a little spice to it. The beef in the beef basil was very good. I would have preferred more basil as basil was in the name of the dish. The pork in the crispy pork was a little dry. The mango sticky rice was awesome! The mango was delicious, the rice was delicious and had great texture. The coconut milk was perfect. And they all mixed wonderfully. As this is a Thai restaurant and some people may want to know, we weren't asked about a spicy level nor did we ask for one. So all their food was little to no spice. The food was okay. The mango stick rice was great. The portions are small, but I believe that is because their ingredients are high quality based on their menu. I would recommend that they either use smaller (compostable) packaging so the portions don't look as small. And perhaps fill up the rice containers as that would give the most bang for the buck.

I ordered pad Thai for pickup. The food was ready when I arrived. The restaurant was clean and busy. The pad Thai was some crunchy noodles and very dry. I'm not sure if this was because it was pickup, and was sitting for too long. I will try this again but eat in the restaurant.

Pad Thai to go. So delicious!!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in Westerville. It's super cute and quiet. The staff are friendly and everything is made fresh to order. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing dinner with friends and/or family.

Fried rice and Pad Thai meals

This place is always so good and I love when we can grab a seat to eat there! The food is always made fresh to order and comes out steaming hot. Very delicious. Would definitely recommend. I got the Fried Rice dinner and my husband got the Pad Thai with beef. There was a sign up today saying that they would appreciate patience due to short staffing, but it is always worth the wait!

Solid option for Thai food! This is my friend's favorite Thai spot so we came on a Friday night for dinner. Despite the local festival that was going on, it wasn't busy inside. We parked a couple blocks away because of the event, so I'm not really sure where the closest parking is. It's a small room with just over a handful of tables. There were three other groups dining in when we arrived around 7:20 ish, but more groups came in after 8:15 ish and it became pretty busy. Food is made to order and their kitchen is small. But since we came when it wasn't all that busy, food didn't take long to be prepared. There's an older Asian woman who is likely the owner. She was the hostess and also took orders. All of the staff was nice! Didn't rush us at all. My friend got pad Thai, while I got pad see ew. We also got curry puffs as an appetizer and Jasmine Dragon Phoenix pearls tea to share. They put it in a nice looking kettle. My friend and I both ordered medium spice but I only tasted a hint of spice in hers, while mine tasted like they maybe forgot to add some. The food was delicious and like some reviews said, not a large portion as other Thai places. It's a sizeable amount that you can finish easily if you're really hungry. The food did taste a bit over cooked...but my friend said it must've been an off day since it's never been burnt or over cooked for her. The food did taste home cooked! Overall, a fantastic place!

    Shrimp & Rice/ Spring Rolls

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place earned it. I paid $20 for what they called a shrimp and rice dish -- see the photo. The portion was embarrassingly small -- a few shrimp, some over-charred vegetables, and a small ball of the lukewarm rice I paid for. For that price, I expected at least a proper meal.

We went on a Thursday night and the place had a big sign stating. Expect long waits. Low staff. We went in still. This restaurant was highly regarded on the Columbus vegan FaceBook page as being good and legit Thai with vegan options so we decided to try it. Long was not as long as expected. We ordered the seared tofu with peanut sauce. Very good. The consistency of the tofu was really good. Then we order the pad Thai which came without peanuts and not a lot of veggies. Heavy on the oil. My wife actually got sick because of that. We also order the tofu curry. This was really good. One of the best ones we had. Thick sauce. Delicious. Potatoes that melted in your mouth. Not a lot of other veggies though. Just snow peas. And I had the Thai ice tea. Really good too. Staff was knowledgeable with our vegan needs. Will probably go again and skip the pad Thai. Has its own parking. Credit card orders need to be over $15 and they don't take American Express. Portions are small. Not a lot of rice for the curry dish.

We were greeted and told to sit wherever we like. We were the only patrons at this time. With it being our first time, we took awhile to go thru the menu. So many choices to choose from and so many appealing entrees. We ended up getting the diving chicken and braised lamb stretch noodle accompanied by some chicken wings to try. My diving chicken blew my socks off. It was beautifully presented, aromatic, and warm. It was accompanied by white rice. With Plenty of tasty marinated chicken, bok choy, green onions and bean sprouts in a semi spicy broth. Super fulfilling and a nice portion. I shared my bowl with a hungry 6 year old and still had leftovers! Fiance got the braised lamb and stretch noodles, he admitted he had no clue what he was getting or what to expect. Nevertheless he received a nice hearty bowl of lamb and hand stretch noodle in a nice and hot lamb broth. Also accompanied by white rice. He finished majority of his bowl only leaving some broth behind. We both tried each others and both agreed on the diving chicken having a better taste but I think it's because it's spicier. The chicken wings were on the dry side but they were still tasty and completely devoured. Service was standard and immediate. I didn't see a kids menu. Buy we Really enjoyed the food. Can't wait to try more!!
